1. I am fine with being more in IV:MP, I am on there on a regular basis (when active on PC).
2. I will be willing to help to build a basis stucture together will the leaders to make a strong team of the LCPD.
I will submit my ideas and thoughts on the system when it's needed.

We are in process of evaluating applications. That means we are uncertain of the applicants activity. "Did a patrol yesterday" doesn't mean much when it comes to activity.
Waging your position within the SAPD, we could have expected any outcome.

Seems my interests are not really appreciated and I wonder what my SAPD rank has to do with LCPD.

That is not what I said at all. Read the reply again. Your SAPD rank determines your activity, but had no other role in the LCPD Command decision.
No prejudices, just concern. After all, the SAPD department standings go into your favor as from it, we can see you're a trusted individual who is up to the task.

I cannot do more than approve of your wish.
Feel free to post an appeal once you re-think about my reply.

As my colleague said - we are seeking for people who can dedicate most of their time for LCPD. We are small and unstable department in the moment which means that we require 100% from our personnel. The withdrawn was your choice. Feel free to reapply whenever you are ready to do it.
