I'd like to serve for and with the VCPD once again, to protect and help the community, and the streets of Vice City. There's a lot of gang activity going on. I also would love to serve with my old friends who have now rissen to lead the department, once more. It seems my activity is no longer a problem and that I am in the ability to serve again. Marcus told me to re apply for formality.
