Get money / credit for chasing a suspect for 10 minutes +!!!
« on: January 20, 2011, 01:26:14 am »
I've been chasing this suspect for an hour and he escaped from me and I did not get credit...We should improve this system to encourage officers to chase more..What do you say?

To be honest, a lot of cops chase suspects and it wont be your last time :P. I dont how in any way you can create a system like that.
But post your idea here

Chasing a suspect, rather it be for 1 min or 30 min is part of the job of being a police officer on Argo. I agree that chasing a suspect for long periods of time just for them to get away can be a bit fraustrating, but it can also help you learn to improve your abilities as an officer. I use to record all of my persuits so that after I was done playing, i would look over them and see what i could improve. I know that sounds a little dumb, but it the long run, it actually helped me improve on my abilities as an officer

Then some people would just abuse the system by not catching the suspect but not getting the suspect. It wouldn't encourage officers it would just make them even more money hungrier.

Yes, long chases where you lose the suspect are a pain in the arse and yes, this will be abuse EASILY.

Just practise and practise and you will eventually be awesome.
