Ingame Nickname AND Character Name (warning, see point #9 of application rules):
[Rick] but you can call me Rick.
Real-Life Age AND Ingame Age:
IRL: 19
IG: 25
How long have you played on Argonath RPG:
9 days
How long have you played as a cop:
6 days
Are you a United States of Argonath Citizen (do you have a passport)?:
Yes
Do you have a driver's license (issued by driving school)?:
Yes
Have you read all "SAPD Police Procedures" topics?
Yes
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above):
No
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired?
N/A
Had an previous application that go rejected? (add link to old application):
No
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence):
I would like to join the community of argonath, the best way for me to do this is to help people. I am fair, dedicated and not greedy. The current duty in ARPD will make me look like i am greedy, wanting to kill for cash, and suspects will treath me like that.
Also with a function in SAPD, ARPD members will most likely respect me more. I'd be able to take control of a situation, or correct one mistake he made (if any). This would give the citizens trust in the police back, and it will teach that ARPD cop. Very likely is that i will go on patrol with ARPD members, to teach them about how policework is done.

When I patrolled with you, you were extremely keen and what not. I think this is a good aspect for a cadet and hence I'll give you my recommendation.

Good luck.

thanks for the recommendations.
today and yesterday i have taken part in:
- Shooting training (tires)
- Organized patrol organized by Badandy
- Trafic control at Mulholland intersection.
- The Securityvan Heist ( but i was on the criminal side to make it atleast a bit fair)
and i believe i missed a few.

Here is a picture of the organized patrol (right before another cop had our heads chopped of by a heli blade):

i did also put a cophunter in Mordor. He litterally asked for it.

I helped another freecop named kelly_constrada with getting a license and passport (got him to a CMB employee and Driver instructor). ofcourse also showed him the way a good cop handles a situation (that the gun is the last thing to use etc..)

I have been patrolling LS for over 2 hours with a heli, and about 15 hours with a car (Today and yesterday), and have assisted almost every C3 there was given. I am getting a better ratio of jails to kills, but i still see a lot of suspects not complying just because they rather be dead than jailed (middle of nowhere withouth cars or guns, still trying to bunnyhop their way out).

that's the end of my first rapport, please tell me if you think there is missing something.

Report of 3-2-2011

I have been in several operations. I started with an organized patrol with Team_Jayl as team leader. That patrol was located in Flint/whetstone, with Angel Pine as operating base. after a request of LSPD, we chased a speeder, and successfully stopped him with a roadblock. the driver however landed up in the water, had his seatbelt's on and drowned.

Then i went on an organized patrol with jcstodds the sherrif, but not long after that LSPD needed units for their operation at mulholland intersection, so i was assigned to them. After a while, activity dropped, and the operation was finished. i went to the sherrif again who was on his own campaign to stop those illegal immigrants. He succesfully set an example, but men in fancy clothes followed him to fort carson. These so called FBI where not welcomed by our team, with all their fancy talk about civil right's and what not.

Overall i must say that i really enjoyed the patrols on the country side, it beats urban policework.

Then we had a heavily armed copkiller. A lot of good men had died that day, but in the end we succesfully took him in custody in mordor. there he was prisoned for a long time, and security was needed!

Hello [Rick], you have been very involved with our police department for the past few days. I have patroled with you a few times. We have lead some traffic opperations and I hope that we continue doing that. Great patrol reports, keep it up.

Good luck with your application.

got bored and i decided to put another face on and see how the criminal side is, not a great first impression. i got banned for cophunting  :lamer:
so i think i need to wait a few days before i can patrol again.
