Deputy Chief Vince is demoted back to Senior Officer without having a department. The reason is, explained inactivity. The upper command staff must contain only active players... and the D.Chief is currently can not fulfill his role. If he proves he can return to the Community with 100% activity, he will be promoted back to his old rank. The LSPD is currently ran by Captain Samiir who returned from the "holiday", you can catch him IG mostly between 20:00 - 00:00 CET in game.
