In thoery yes as to get to cadet they should already be of a certain standard.

However its a 2 way issue which means not only should we respect them for wanting to join, but they should also respect us what we have done ahead of them, and are still doing.

I think server rules do say to respect other playes, so to be even more honest it does not matter who you are you should rrepsect others and expect respect back... reality shows this is not often the case and it shows...

Its realy simple you always respect a higher rank... If a higher rank give an order or make an descission Respect it... Higher ranks are trained now what they do and have Almost always a good reason to make those dessicion's... Like today i saw Captain Pancher resuspect sombody the person request it... I saw a few cadets saying to him Don't Resuspect... How the hell they think they are Respect him he nows very good what he is doing... I saw alote of time's Officers giving orders and the cadets saying in his face no i don't care what your say... I think we need a system were we can suspending Cadet's and free cops so they learn to respect...

 This is not good. He should respect you and all of your works. If he has something against you, just ignore him or inform a higher rank employee in the SAPD and report the situation to him.

 Make sure next time Matthew does something like this, you contact me, I will deal with him

You are a power Hungry Officer, I did not shoot at you at all!
I hit you once or twice with the night stick I admit.

How ever, I was with a suspect who surrendered,
You cam to me holding your gun against him and I said
Put your gun down he surrendered.
And you said "Don't tell me what to do CADET!"
And you kept pointing your gun at him
So I hit you twice

Don't abuse your powers
And don't EVER make up lies about me shooting you

Oh and just because I am a cadet doesn't mean I don't know the rules
That is a form of racism if you understand what I mean.

Matthew_Mcbride was an SAPD officer, he know the rules.
Don't forget you was a Freecop to Bueto, i can understand your worried about the Freecops cause we never know if they will abuse or making good, but in this case, Matthew acted right. Of curse you are have an hight rang and you can order to him, but i think it as a confuse case, nvm guys that happen sometimes to don't know what the su is doing and what the Freecop will do, the principale is the understanding, first jailing the su and second having a talk about its and all is good
