A civillian called 911 that he saw a person kidnaped by gangs near FBI HQ manny lives where lost
and they blocked the roads and started a rampage and all units where called and at last we chased the suspects and got the hostage
alive and got the remaining suspects and jailed some suspects
and i killed 15 suspects
and jailed 10
