Hello, to be SWAT first you need to apply in SAPD and get accepted, then you have to go through academy and be SAPD officer, then you need to show skills and activity then they might invite you to SWAT. So basicly you can only be invited. (requesting topic to be locked and removed if posible.)

As Omar said.

1. Apply for SAPD.
2. Work hard, become SAPD Cadet.
3. Pass Officer Exams
4. Show good leading skill, respect, brain and work even more hard.
5. Continue at Step 4
6. Continue at Step 4
7. Continue at Step 4
8. Hope you will be invited.
