My opinion - he isnt ready even to be cadet. He doesnt know much laws and codes, many time of his Game Play he was criminal. (Policeman for about 2 days)...

I asked him few questions (after this screen) about codes and laws... and now im 150% sure that he need training / learn himself. He dont use codes, and also he didnt knew much of them.

Today, I trained him about the codes and the police laws, as he asked me. We can say he did good...

Results:

Codes acknowledgement: 88%
Police Laws acknowledgement: 90%

(( As he had to go to sleep, I said I would resume the trainment tomorrow, so the results will be updated. ))

DIZI maybe fit to be a cadet but is not yet fit to be an officer and will not be fit to be an officer for a long time until he revises the rules. This free cop abuses uzi and after I told him the rules of uzi, he continued to abuse. He doesn't seem to have an understanding of what is required at all.
