Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department?: I'm a guy that likes to command, being an officer gives me that power to me a captain, I like to take control and I am very good at that.

when you join the SAPD you don't ''take over the power'' you need to obey the commander-in-chiefs. SAPD is a team not a dictature. i suggest you get some experience and that you read some guides about ''what is police?''
