How's this department going so far? I haven't seen it more than 7 Days. Should I transfer my department again?

The department is closed until further notice ... if you were part of it then you have to ask for a transfer request for an other department immediately..

I assume that you may transfer back to APPD once opened. I believe it is being revived as of now.
