- I was a Senior Officer who was demoted after unfair proceedings that involved heavily biased and contextualized evidence, in addition to poor management by Southern / DPD Command Staff. Then the SAPD Lock-Down came.

Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentences):
- First, I want to work in the reformed SAPD. Secondly, I believe I am more than qualified (in terms of experience) for enforcement service, given my commanding positions on three other servers. Lastly, I want to be one of those who will help ensure that the new SAPD does not become dominated by the injustices which prevailed in the old SAPD.

Hello JDC!

First of all, this is not the way to request reinstatement, you have to fullfill the application as usual and then either make a new post in the application with the reinstatement request or send it to Captain + in PM.
Second, those who were dropped out of SAPD because of the reforms will not be reinstated and will have to fullfill an application and start over from the academy, unless CMD Staff decides otherwise.

I guess reinstatement is only for those who LEFT SAPD before the lockdown. If you were demoted due to lockdown, you have to make a normal application.

JDC, you are no exception to not follow normal procedure. You have been demoted in the lockdown, all of us have been demoted.. If your name isn't at the invited list, then make a normal application with the title 'SAPD: Name'. This is not a re-instatement request.

I would like to point out that those two command staff members were removed (one of which was fired for making decisions against SAPD policy), and that any Internal Affairs team with a sufficient intellectual capacity could see that the "evidence" submitted was contextualized in a highly illogical manner, along with a biased verdict and questionable proceedings.
