ARPD Report - Skerdi_Soprano And Mario_Soprano
« on: July 03, 2012, 00:21:06 am »
Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Skerdi_Soprano and Mario_Soprano - Shooting other police officers, shooting and killing standing suspects without any warnings, abusing /su and abandoning suspects

Incident 1) I was outside LSPD roleplaying and using my batton against an unarmed suspect, when out of nowhere Mario and Skerdi both came up and opened fire on the suspect AND me - no warnings issued, using heavy weapons (combat shotguns) and then spraying the suspect to death. Both officers did not take into consideration the fact that I was right next to the suspect, so as they shot him, I was also being shot and they could clearly see this yes continued to open fire. Unfortunetly my fraps video was was only able to capture the last few seconds of this, as it took some time for me to start up. But my witness Officer Pepper can confirm everything I am saying.

Incident 2) I saw Mario and Skerdi again outside LSPD, this time they'd suspected someone for "refusing to afford ticket after several warnings". Then a few moments later (less than 30 seconds) requested an cancelsuspect for "ticket paid" (which isn't allowed anyway) then, without listening to anybody in the radio (people were saying, you can't have a cancelsuspect for "ticket paid") they both just drove off and abandoned the suspect. I told them both in the radio that you can't just leave a suspect uncuffed on the side of the road and they said "how do you know my name, what rp is this bro" (owtte). My screenshot along with my fraps video show that they all abandoned the person they'd abused.

Note: watch the first video in HD to see the chat

a. Here you can see the officers suspecting him and here you can see that they are no where to be seen because they all drove off
b. Here you can see the suspect being killed. The suspect, officer Pepper and I would all be able to confirm that NO warnings were issued on their part.
c. Witness was officer "Pepper" who saw both these officers shooting me and a standing suspect

Date: 2nd July 2012.
Time: Approximately 7:40pm

Civillian(s) involved: suspect - "Mike_Brown."

Signed

Okay, the second video you posted by the way does not work. As for the rest, I see that Mario and Skerdi did wrongdoings on duty, however I'd like your witnesses statement aswell theirs.

Ok I asked them but I'm not sure if they're actually going to post one or not, but here's my statement.

Incident 1) Was arresting a suspect who was assaulting me (swearing, punching and kicking) so it was not a serious situation. I'd used my pepper spray against the suspect so by the time I ran out, he had 1/3 HP left. The suspect was not evading, he was just standing still whilst I was issuing warnings and using less than lethal force. Suddenly, out of nowhere three Soprano members drove up, the two passengers got out and started shooting at the suspect with combat shotguns and because of their bad aiming they ended up hitting me more than the suspect. They then ran up to the suspect, one continued to shoot whilst the other pepper sprayed him and they had killed him without any warning of cooperation/coordination with other officers. I then went to confront them about this and they just drove off.

Incident 2)The same people were conducting a traffic stop near LSPD a couple minutes later. They suspected a civilian for "refusal to afford ticket after several warnings". Then less than 20 seconds later, they requested a cancelsuspect for "paid ticket" and as people were explaining that you cannot have a cancelsuspect for "paid ticket", they drove off and abandoned the suspect. I told them that they cannot abandon a suspect and Skerdi just replied "how do you know my name? roleplay it bro" or something like that. I wasn't involved in this situation, I just saw it happen.

Thank you for your statement. If the two Officers whom you reported do not give their statement in exactly 24 hours from now, final verdict will be given without their statement.
