SAPD Applicant James_River: Provocations towards street gangs

SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1. James_River - I logged into the server back then, spawned at Idlewood, and saw applicant James_River beating Frank_Hawk with fists, fortunately Frank_Hawk was AFK that time so he did not receive any damage, the applicant keep beating up Frank_Hawk and yelled out "I'm CJ!!", which is totally provocation to Ballas as "CJ" is known as the leader of an enemy gang of Ballas. I walked up to James_River and asked him what is he doing and his reason to be here, he replied that the admins don't allow him to have "CJ"'s skin, then I moved on to PM him asking him if he's provoking us Ballas by yelling out such words, he replied he was taking pictures of "How to punch Frank_Hawk", which is ridiculous and seriously not needed to fulfill cop duty. I moved on to ask him why, and he replied that Frank_Hawk is AFK and he's Roleplaying "CJ", that means he's actually provoking Frank_Hawk even though Frank is AFK, and I told him to get off duty if he wants to Roleplay "CJ" and mess with Frank_Hawk, he then told me to stop PMing him and set his PM off.

This is my story and apologies.
I was headed to idlewood and saw Frank Hawk. I putted elvis head on and starts RPing CJ. But when i saw Frank is afk, i punched him and made screenshot for my albums. Also Mr. Hudson came with his savanna. And told me to leave and don't provoke. I left and he starts pming me. I accepted i was in wrong and /setpm off. So after 4-5 hours he pmed me he did Report. Also i forgot for this in the morning and first 10 mins didnt understand. So he said me to see it. Also we was PM disscusing.
I am sorry for this, Sorry to you Command Staff. I will do it off duty next time.

I confirm the story described by James River (Tavi99) and I accept his apology, just please, don't do it next time by going into Street Gang's base and start saying things offensive or provocative to the gang members, or you will end up in a shootout or fight between you and them.
