I am sorry that i have been saying "bad" things and for being inactive

the reason why i was inactive was that every time i come to this site, it says 404 Forbidden.
I would like to have a career in VCPD, i am sorry for the things that happened

The patrol report is not necessary, especially not now. Of course you can post one if you want, it will sure help with your application. However we don't know the exact time the server will be up (well I don't :p) since it is being attacked all the time.
