Officer [Rstar]Drix] - Ignoring SAPD and ARPD protocol
« on: November 29, 2012, 15:29:34 pm »
Directed to: SAPD authority.
SAPD Officer Policy violators: Ignoring Miranda rights, opening fire without warning, declining investigation and attorney, misusage of police vehicles, provoking, flaming.
1. [Rstar]Drix - I was wanted for murder, and without any clue I have weaponry or anything, Officer Drix pulls up with his Bullet behind me together with Officer Ramiro. Shots immediatly got fired, and my vehicle's engine broke down, yet they kept firing till it exploded. Then not realising what I was facing I returned shots untill they confirmed they were police. Drix started flaming and said I had no rights. He also stated the Bullet is a SAPD test vehicle. He read my rights then declined them directly. After a discussion and admin telling them I should get my investigation I was yet left uncuffed due to them just leaving me cuffed. Admin unsuspected me for Officers failing to investigate a suspect
2. Officer's Department - Unknown
a. Pictures..  Need en e-mail due to imageshack not working anymore without membership, tested of 29 Nov with DHR.Mike.
b. Other evidence. Only pictures and witnessing Officers if they are willing to tell the truth
.Date: 28th - November.
Time: 3:00:00 (around this time, there is evidence of time)
Civillian(s) involved: None, only Officers Drix and Ramiro.

List..Signed ex-SAPD (Fret)

Please contact Officer Drix and inform him of this report, if you haven't yet.
As well obtain a way to share those evidence with us ASAP and remove misusage of police vehicles from your reports, due to fact Drix is really apart of a new testing division(HSP).
Other report reasons seem valid and solid and they will be dealt with if a proper evidence is provided and investigation proves your statement correct.

You were being ignorant, with me not also understanding me forcing me to roleplay.
I was testing HSP Bullet, as i noticed you wanted for murdering a civilian, and i decided to engage on you to test the vehicle, amlong with officer ramiro. You were evading form us in a Infernus, officer Ramiro is an ARPD officer, he opened fire on your car, as i told him not to. Then your car went on fire do not lie on report claiming your vehicle engine wen't down because even with popped tires you attempted to evade me and the officer took your vehicle out not form a close rage but form far away then it blew up, and this is not my responsibility. We did not wanted to engage on you we called SAPD units to take over, you got out opened fire with combat on us, attempting to kill me, and my partner, after a few shots you screamed "Okay okay!, i surrendered stop" and in this report you claim you did not know of the situation. I had to go, so i quickly roleplayed cuffing you, i told your miranda rights, i told you we'll do this quick you do not need an investigation because you did not claim you were abused. In miranda rights they say you have the right of an lawyer if i take you into questioning and i told you your going straight to jail because you just attempted to kill two officers and makes your crime valid, i asked for SAPD units to come and take you to department because i was supposed to test the vehicle but none came, so i arrested you and took you into department, i told you i have to go several of times, so i told you to make it quick and ill jail you, you refused and requested an investigation, i told you i cannot give you one because i have to go, NOT BECAUSE i don't want to i just couldn't roleplay because i did not have time. So i left the department told cops you require an investigation, i parked the bullet, and statuz questioned me about you i told him i need to go off, thats why i left him. It's like you wanted to force me to roleplay, and this i declined i couldn't do because i have to hurry and go, now you press charges on me.

The flaming, was when you shot me, and i roleplayed screaming "Motherf**ker" as a reaction. And when we got you down, you do not expect me to become a friend with someone who just tried to kill me, i was hostile and treated you like a dangerous suspect/murder.

You are to give anyone that requests an investigation, this case I would of made complaints about you ignoring my rights. Now you are facing ignoring SAPD and ARPD procedures, for which is NO EXCUSE. If my crime is valid or not, I have my rights sir. Also you should identify yourself. Evading isn't evading without you stating you are police. I was driving and a bullet pulled up behind me and immediatly went PEWPEW, could of been anyone, none said ''Police! Stop!'' This was more a criminal act than a police one.

There is a full gallery. It's nothing personal Drix, but I found this too big of a case to just accept due to multiple violations.

Yes, we did. It's apart of the procedures, Ramiro told you to stop. I did not refuse to give you an investigation, i told you clearly that i have no time for it, thats why i told you we'll do a fast jail you refused, and so i alerted on radio that i have to go, leaving another officer hanndle you, i gave you a quick verdict according by the situation, you did not accept it thats why i took you into investigation room. I had no time for "serious roleplay" in those moment, and you keep throwing charges on me, i kept writing you in NON RP to stop being ignorant and understand me that i have to go and you continued somehow to put charges on me. I;m not guilty i was the only cop on and i had to go, i left procedures because i had to go off, and none could pick you up.
Also i find it personal Frett, because you saw me in a hurry and you used that. By throwing different charges on me, forcing me to roleplay and accept them.I did not expect you to report me because i considered you as a friend and you would understand me, but i guess i was mistaken. You took it way to serious.

Looking at the current information I can see the following things:

- Drix was using a non-regulation vehicle, which he is allowed to do as he is part of the HGP division (Which Plam had previously mentioned)
- ARPD Officer Ramiro opened fire on the vehicle against the wishes of Drix (Although he was free to do so without warning, even as an SAPD member he only has to warn if possible and disable if they showed no signs of stopping)
- The suspect opened fire on the officers after having their vehicle disabled (And at the time, Drix says they were not shooting and therefore would be returning fire)
- Drix had to leave, so he logged off without processing the suspect fully
- Fret saying that he didn't know it was police that were chasing him (srsrp aside, please don't treat us as kids, you see CLEARLY they are police)

The violations I see at the moment, failing to provide investigation (Although the suspect did attempt to kill them) and foul language.

I will look into this further soon to see what else I can divulge.
Slow is smooth, smooth is fast and fast is lethal.

Mostly, it is  foul language. Failing to provide an investigation, due irl. I had to go off, and i could not investigate him, i told him a quick verdict regarding the situation claiming he was guilty he did not accept it saying he needs one, then i accepted it. I took him into the investigation room as you see on the screenshots, and i logged off, after i reported i left him there.

Ehm, I know it's not my place here but, evading and shooting back makes crime valid and no investigation can be accorded as far as I know, right? So, Fret, nothing personal my friend, but, evading makes crime valid, and your rights were automatically cancelled when you pushed the acceleration pedal.
About the language, I do not think you really have to be fussed about. Everybody is dropping sometimes a word. We are humans, right?
Even if I didn't see the situation, I know what is going on. Anyway, I am waiting you to acknowledge my idea too.
Regards,
Mircea Niko

What's going on with this report? Has the complainer lost interest?
