After a long drive to Bayside i was curious about a single officer with no one around, standing near a drug area.
I hid in bushes behind a wall a took a photo with my phone i saw that he was armed with the standard police loadout which could of been used if confronted so i left him.
He was obviously ordering heroin as he was standing at the heroin spot for atleast 3 - 4 minutes and saw him collect the package.

He might have left the server, it's always useful to use /whenmade before reporting an ARPD officer, anyways would you like to continue with this case?

I have not seen any traces of him. he was new, he proberly has left 
so i guess this report should get disregarded.
