Biography:Joe'Niko'Morgan was born in Mexico on 1989 to an Brazilian Father,he don't know his Mother he even don't know her nationality...He was born without any brother or sister and even without a mom.He entered the school when he was 4 years old because his father wasn't rich enough,His father was a gambler and don't work in the house so the house was really dirty Joe live alone there his dad come at 1 AM and it's late...One day,when he passed his School he went to Las Ventures and bought a house there near Bon County Aiport so he met a guy named Ben Hells he is a General for something named "ADF"So Joe was really interested.So he joined ADF as a army student and when he passed it he got promoted to a Soldier.After 1 year in ADF,he went to Los Santos and discovered SAPD and he was hoping to be one of Them.

Situation Description/Events:I was patrolling with Ragdoll,then we found that Dario want a Partner so we went with him we followed a suspect and we took him to Mordor....Then after Dario went AFK and Ragdoll went off so i went to catch Mario and Dalton at Idlewood so i took them,then i sued Hevar for Evading and i followed him and killed him

Situation Description/Events:I Joined the server so i noticed that Nexxt and Ragdoll next to me so i went with them then after we chased Madara with his friend Nexxt went AFK so i went with Ragdoll with his bullet and we went to check the Heroin Spots...After this Ragdoll went off so I walked inside BC when i found the others suspects and found a officer want help so i helped him...

Situation Description/Events: [WS]Jacob asked for a help on the Radio so i came Micrea Niko was there and many more officers so when we finished frisking the others and .... I went with Micrea on the way to the Fireman Mission to take care of the place we met the Scott family they were all Orange so we had a shootout then we continued the patrol.So Micrea went AFK so i took the car and went to a patrol at Glen park when suddenly a guy came and aimed at me so i suspected him and took him down...On my way to PNS i found that there is a suspect named Frank hawk so i areaed so i found him next to me in the bar there was many FBI"Or Officers "D" and Deff Perry was inside so we came inside and had a talk then all know that it will end by a shootout
