Biography :Most of the time, every citizens in Dillimore recognizes the decent and delicate young man,as an admirable sculpture who displays the most intense of humbling gesture although predominant youngsters prefer to live in barbaric way of robbing, killing, raping and violating human rights. Having escaped the horrors of Dillimore ferocious linkage crime, Abdul Scotto discovers that the hazards of Dillimore are as nothing to the perils that await him in Los Santos. He is almost immediately involved in further scandals, touring the city as a speaker for the alleviation of the burdens of the society.
      In Dillimore, it was generally agreed he was a brave sculpture, who from time to time, would design his own display to lure the heart and the soul of many citizens. Involved with this honorable offer, he scarcely noticed the criminal world beginning to slip away from the capabilities of the SAPD. Although they never cause trouble, they  possessed a language of gesture which suggested they were perpetually involved in heavy crime. Thus while he continued to court the society, supporting the charity, chanting for the peace, finding for tranquility and so on, the display was now chiefly designed to protect the public harmony.
         It was to become his habit. Partly because he was sleeping so badly lying awake full of melancholy and moral uncertainty. Partly because, his defiance intensified, and it was more than he could bear to voice his demand for public protection against the criminals, while he desperately sought to maintain self-control. The following morning, he adhered to his routine later he did as he always did now, greeting the children, chatting with their mothers, devising new games, symphatising with young women who had left their sweethearts fighting the crimes, bending an ear to widows whose husbands had died bravely for Argonath, and offering reassurances concerning the movements afoot, which must soon cripple the criminal world forever and re-establish a legitimate public order in Argonath.
       Born on July 22 1989, this man who had offered his very soul and life for human rights, to emerge with his profound role as peacekeeper within the society irrespective of time and self. He will be bound to join the law enforcement and to become the asiduous and decent law man and would someday evict the criminals apart from Argonath despite the malice that might haunt him with people full of jealousy and insatiability.
