ARPD Patrol Report #1

Date: 04 April 2013, Thursday

Description:
    I left my house in Las Venturas, and signed onto duty in the Los Santos Police Department. I then begun a regular Patrol around Los Santos, keeping a strong eye on the areas that other officers very rarely cover. The first call-out given was a 207 taking place in Ocean Docks. This situation was resolved with the help SWAT, and normal patrol was soon under-way. Shortly after Patrol Me and My partner stumbled across a Suspect escaping whilst airborne.

Main Events:
1) As stated above, this Event was the occurrence of a 207, and I made my arrival to assist in any possible evaders. This situation was swiftly controlled with help of SAPD's SWAT Division, and all units returned to normal Patrol.

2) This event took place just 5 minutes after we had dealt with the 207, and we were just making standard Patrol. We approached Molholland Intersection, and heard what sounded to be a small Helicopter making flight above us. He was making very suspicious landings in some very peculiar Locations, so we decided to tail the sounds and investigate these locations.
    In the end, we decided that trying to tail this suspect from the roads of Los Santos was not such a bright idea, and we gave chase via LSAP's State Owned Dodo Prop-Planes, where we gave chase via the air. We Lost the suspect due to bullets heavily damaging the aircraft forcing us to make a drastic landing on the nearest point of safety.

NOTE: This Patrol was Forced to end after the Argonath Server crashed, and went down for a long term time count

ARPD Patrol Report #2

Patrol Duration: 180 Minutes
Patrolling Partner: Solo Patrol
Date: 06 April 2013, Saturday

Description:
    I clocked in at the Los Santos Precinct, and began my usual northern Patrol, and all seemed quiet. Despite the strange quietness of Los Santos, there were a few occurrences that took me on a couple of Pursuits.

Main Events:
1) This Event occurred shortly after I clocked in for patrol, and I was en-route to assist fellow colleagues in an arrest where there were two occupants in the vehicle, and they were evading. However this was swiftly resolved as I made my arrival on scene.

2) This event was brought up as a Crazed driver entered a corner on the incorrect side of the road, and he insulted me before driving off. This insult lead to the suspecting of the passenger in the vehicle (as he was the one to make the insult). The pursuit made it's way in a North-Easterly direction, where 120 seconds after the pursuit has begun, the driver was suspected for aiding a fugitive.
    I was able to retain visual of the suspect vehicle until it the carriage running along the East Coast of Los Santos. The suspect vehicle was a 4WD Sandking, and was able to out run most of the Patrolling Cruisers. So I laid off and let a high speed team in and complete the pursuit, where again, this was done swiftly and safely, though one suspect lost their lives the commotion.

3) This was the final call out of my shift. Roughly 30 minutes from me Clocking off... SAPD Officer Chowdhury made contact with me, asking me to assist into the safety of a citizen, of whom we suspected had a car full of hitmen pursuing him. To best protect this citizen, both me and Officer Chowdhury thought it would be best if he hid on my premises until they laid off. However, the group managed to track down our location and soon the Victim and Officer Chowdhury made a run for one of my vehicles and made a beeline for the Los Santos Precinct.
    I then made sure that the local neighbourhood was safe, and then rerouted myself to again assist Officer Choudhury. By this time, they had moved on to Officer Chowdhury's property, where I was on look out for the car that pursuing the Victim and Taseen.
    We did the best we could, but the car full of people were the not the people we had to protect him from. It was one other man to opened fire and made off after killing the Victim. I lost visual on the subject, and made a swift and abrupt and patrols around the city in my Infernus, trying to locate the suspect. But I could nto track him down.

ARPD Patrol Report #3

Date: 08 April 2013, Monday

Description:
    I clocked in as normal and started my patrol. Though this patrol was more of patrol where I only assisted in major Callouts and Incidents. This patrol was not a normal patrol, as I was on duty whilst driving around in my own vehicle (Infernus). There were only 2 Major events that made this report.

Main Events:
 i)
Incident: 207... Kidnap
Location: Ocean Docks, Los Santos
Time to Resolve: 10 minutes(Approx)

Mission Status: Success

    The first callout, was 207 situation, where the Profaci crime family had Kidnapped and took someone hostage (Hostage Unknown to me). And I was the only officer on scene that a had High Calibre and scoped weapon. So I set up on a where house roof and overlooked the main exit from the adjacent warehouse (Profaci HQ).
    After the officers breached, all occupants/suspects wisely gave up, and were held on site into a transport bus made arrival to escort them all to the High Security facility (Mordor), where they recieved a sentence of 15years (15 Minutes). During their time in Mordor, the involved officer secured the facility and watched over the island till the sentence expiry. I was over watching the main gates, ensuring that not except Police Officers entered the facility.

Mission Status: Failure

    This was the final major callout on my shift. I was arriving at the Los Santos Precinct, and I caught sight of a man standing on the roof of the Los Santos City Hall. I took the Elevator the roof, and slowly approached the man. He was very unstable and was pretty adamant that he was going to jump. He requested the presence of Officer Ramiro Rosso. I made all my efforts to coax the man away from the ledge, but all attempts seemed to just urge him more.
    Officer Rosso made his arrival, and first tried to persuade the man away from the Ledge. But this failed to, leaving Officer Rosso with no choice but to Tackle him to the floor. This worked until the man was cuffed, and he was picked to his feet. Officer Rosso was Kicked by the man, Then the man just dived off the edge and into the street below.
    We found out later, that the John Doe, was SAPD's Officer Taseen_Chowdhury. After hearing this news, I entered the precinct and went off duty, as I found out it was Officer Chowdhury. The stress and emotions going through my mind, just distracted me from doing nay more police work.

Description:
    I clocked in as normal and started my patrol. My first pursuit was after a suspect who tried to kill me.

Main Events:
 i)
Incident: Attempted murder of a Police Officer
Location: Santa-Marina-Beach, Los Santos
Time to Resolve: 15 minutes(Approx)

Mission Status: Failure

   This was the first issue of the day. I went to pick up Taseen on the LS-LV highway, where we the proceeded to get a coffee... However, whilst I was indoors, Taseen decided to get into a nearby State vehicle and push my car about 1 mile down the road. He then said he would take me to the car... But then decided to take his car to the Ocean at Santa Marina Beach. The pursuit started when i found him filling up a Go Kart at the Gas Station in Temple. A few seconds after my arrival, Omay Aly turned up and assisted me in the pursuit.
    The pursuit went around Los Santos for the most part, where suspect then switched into a White Jester, where I then pursued him into Flint county. His car blew up on my arrival, but he was no where to be seen, So I returned to Los Santos for a normal patrol

Date: 28 April 2013, Sunday

Description:
    I clocked in as normal and started my patrol. For majority of my shift, I was rolling as an Air Unit, providing assistance to pursuits and security to offer officers. I then wene to do some ground patrol work, where that was almost just as eventful.

Main Events:
 i)
Incident: Kidnapping (207)
Location: SF and Bone County, Heroin Ship
Time to Resolve: 30 minutes(Approx)
No. Officers Involved: 8 Officers(Approx)

Mission Status: Success

   I was a witnessing officer of this situation. I was just preparing to begin full patrol,after clocking in. I then noticed a suspect threatening a Patrolling officer, telling him to get into the car (suspect vehicle). I then made an attempt to block the car from proceeding any further, but the Officer said to move away, after the suspect pulled a weapon tot he officer. I backed off and allowed the vehicle to get some distance.
    I thought best to stop following, to make the Kidnapper think I was not following. I went to collect my Infernus, to allow to make a rapid pursuit, if was to occur. Fortunately, Officer Chowdhury was also local, so he called it in, and began negotiating with the suspect.
    The suspect made his way into San Fierro, making it best to make a group plan with the San Fierro Police Department. After plans were made, we turned those plans into action, and headed for the locale of the kidnapping. We made a rapid switch with the suspect, and got the hostage to safety. The suspect was then surrounded, but got through and jumped ship... Giving the opportunity to open fire, and ensure the suspect did not attempt this again.

Incident: High Speed Pursuit
Location: Los Santos

Mission Status: Success

    This pursuit involved a suspect driving a Black Bullet, and had a lot of knowledge about where he was driving. this pursuit ran across the most part of Los Santos and the alleyways. I was driving my Infernus at the time, and I picked up Officer Chowdhury, so can use force, if it to be made.
    The pursuit was forced to a halt, after the suspect vehicle was shot at by other officers, and the suspect made an attempt to flee on foot. However, was caught and shot down in a alleyway near the Conference Centre in Verona Beach

Mordor Security:
    As suspect that surrendered after a 207, received a warrant for an execution, but the sentence was altered to serve time in Mordor (30 IRL Minutes). I then flew to Mordor alongside an Air Division transport, where I then secured the island from the air. During the suspects sentence, a number of Ballas came down the Mordor bridge, requesting access to see their Brother/Friend, to which we refused. At the start of the sentence, two people came down (one on a Sanchez, another in a Maverick. The Maverick then proceeded to pick up Bas. (One on the bike), and then land him a low rooftop inside the grounds. The helicopter made for a rapid exit, leaving Bas. to face the consequences of breaking into Mordor.
    Towards the end of the Mordor sentence, the helicopter returned; this time, full of Ballas. They landed on the Mordor grounds, and then started to run around opening fire on my helicopter, forcing me to back off. Seeing as the suspect had finished his sentence, we escorted him to the Ballas, and allowed them to leave peacefully.

Description:
    There were a number of events today, but I will only be enlightening you on the main events of the... Leaving out minor traffic stops.

Main Events:
 i)
Incident: Hostage Situation
Location: Mordor Prison System
Time to Resolve: 20 minutes(Approx)
No. Officers Involved: 16 Officers(Approx)

Mission Status: Success

    I reported to a backup call taking occurrence at the Main Gates of the Mordor Prison System. We were then assisted by Argonath Defense Force. The situation remained under control, and a deal was soon made. I was on scene for the most part of this occurrence!

Incident: Pursuit
Location: Los Santos
Time to Resolve: 10 minutes(Approx)

Mission Status: Success

    I was patrolling the Temple area, when a speeding NRG passed me, with a whole crowd of PD Cars in tale. So I joined in, and made heed for the fleeing suspect. This chase remained in the Los Santos District, soon being brought to an end by the misfortune of the suspect being killed.

    I responded to a C30 at Pershing square after a federal agent was stabbed by two suspects, of whom, both seemed to be high from some kind of drug. They surrendered pretty quickly, and they were questioned on scene. After the questions, one suspect was cuffed and escorted to the LSPD Precinct, and I was left responsible for the second.

Mission Status: Success

    A C30 was called in by an ARPD Officer was making a regular traffic stop in San Fierro, but then the suspects turned and opened fire. When Me and Officer Chowdhury made our arrival, their vehicle was burnt out, and they Gave themselves up upon our arrival. Again One suspect went one with Officer Chowdhury, and I was left to deal with the second.

Description:
    Today was a very quiet shift with very few callouts being made. Below will describe the major events that made this day worth working. As well as few minor events that were easily dealt with.

Main Events:
 i)
Incident: Shootout
Location: Los Santos Ocean Docks (Profaci Family HQ)
Time to Resolve: 15 minutes(Approx)

Mission Status: Success

    I was patrolling in the local area, when an alert came out for a C30a at Oceania Docks. I was injured multiple times, enforcing me to pull out and seek medical assistance. This happened for another 3 - 4 times, where them I thought that preparing a sniper rifle would be the best option. So I equipped myself and seeked out a hiding spot in Ocean Docks. I was there to ensure that none of the suspects sneaked out whilst two teams when inside to close in on them. But was all quiet outside and the situation was cleared swiftly and cleanly.

Incident: Bpmb Scares
Location: Los Santos City Hall and San Fierro City Hall.

I was 10-7 at Pershing Square,all the way up to the point when reports came in, that a number of people were placing bombs on two different sites around the state.I was first blocking off access at Pershing square, However, there were multiple police units present, enabling that scene to be secured safely... So I responded to the second call in San Fierro City Hall, where again, I set up and over-watched via a scoped rifle. The suspects were quickly taken out, allowing Swat to get close too and examine the devices. All devices except for one were defused, and unfortunately lost TWO officers to this occurrence.

Mission Status: Failure

I was hovering over Pershing sqaure in the LSPD Air Unit, and was looking out for suspects. I saw two officers giving chase to a pair of suspects making their way into the North area of Los Santos. However, the Two officers pulled out and changed their direction leaving me to follow and relay information back. However, my information feed was halted after they opened fire on my Chopper, and I was unable to concentrate on communications. I pursued them for several miles crossing the most part of Flint Range and and Los Santos. I was about to relay the suspects final location, but my helicopter was hot down leaving me for dead.

Location: Pershing Square and Los Santos Ocean Docks (Profaci Family HQ)

Mission Status: Success

I was leaving the LSPD Garage, after refueling. I then received a phone call from a Number I did not recognize. He demanded me to make a Wire transfer of $1000 ARD or he would kill me. After two refusals, There was no shots to be fired, so I presumed it as a hoax. I located the caller, and went hunt him down to ask him why he did what he did. But he made a threat of what would happen if I ever returned.
After him not showing, I left the area, and was then shot at multiple times from a Building top in Idlewood. I reported a C30, and SWAT were soon on seen (They were in the area). The suspect saw them. and fled using a Prop Engine Aircraft. We were able top tail back to Ocean Docks, where another shootout occurred. I was injured, leaving me unable to go into full combat. Luckily, the situation was resolved rather quickly.
