You came driving in with your vehicle, I asked you to leave. You wanted to tell something. I listened, then you told me about a bomb. I called bomb squad and I asked you to leave. You didnt leave so I suspected you, warned you to give up and leave again, you failed so I used non-lethal force. You started running away, so I open fire at you with a desert eagle, not a M4.

Greetings, I'm Sergeant Dario Cipone and I will be handling this report.

Jake I would like to receive evidences of the situation.
Also, if there was an ARPD Officer that represent the law, you should hear and respect him.

What ARPD Officer Brajun Adams said is that he didn't use an M4. So, please, if you've any evidences, could you show them about?

In my opinion, is not a good idea to stay near a bomb if you didn't explained him who you're (defuser, for example) giving a description in a RP way using the command /em explaining what he needs to know. Obviously, if an officer can see you near a bomb and a suspect, he can think also that you're an aider or the one that planted the bomb. If he used to warn you a lot of times, why you refused to leave?
By the way, a part those things, I need to see screens before and any other evidences that you've before taking decisions.
Signed,

SAPD Supervisory Staff Sergeant

First of all he used a M4 and he didn't listened at all cause I had no chance to tell something about the bomb or things like that he just opened fire on me when I was talking... the other arpd officer nesquick was listening to me but when i talked to him he sprayed me and killed me, so how is it possible to tell a story to an officer if someone is killing you???

You can continue making up your little story but first bring evidence before you start spreading lies. You told me you had to pick up a 'package' at this man, this 'package' contained a bomb. When you said bomb I asked you to leave multiple times, you failed to do so so I suspected you, then this nessquick came while I already asked you atleast 10 times in total to leave. You failed to do so so I used non lethal force. then you ran away, so I grabbed my deagle to shoot you.

Also, if (wich I didnt) I used a M4, I was allowed to as I am not part of the SAPD.

Sadly I've to say that you cannot use the M4 even if you're an ARPD Officer for just an unarmed suspect that is running away.

This is stated by the rules set by the SAPD Deputy Chief Sushi in ARPD Regulations.
It's the first rule.

Here's the link: Police regulations, protocol and procedures

I can understand you but I'm in need of evidences. Sadly without them I cannot handle this report.

Mark already knows the answer Pulse :)

At that time I was not a member of the Air Division, Nor did I broke any of the SAPD regulations at that time. Nor was I doing any Air Division related situation, just a normal patroll and we passed the heroin spot where we saw someone

After discussing with command it's right, as you were in ARPD duties, it is allowed to use an heavy weapon in the situation that you described. It's always recommended to use a Deagle towards an unarmed civilian, but it's not a rule.

By the way, as I don't have any evidence I cannot continue this report till I'll have those.

Jake Price, if you have no chance to post them here, sadly I've to close this report.
