I've seen Louis moves as he was sprayed ( I will do test on Stunt or Paruni to show you thing) so I shot at him as I've seen he tried to escape

I find that hard to believe, because for the other officers I was not moving. Also, you wasn't moving either, nor was your gun. You was aiming in the same place.

Nothing further to add, please proceed with a verdict.

One last thing:

Code: [Select]
[17:19:19] Cops are still too close.. (6)

[17:19:35] Cops are still too close.. (5)

[17:19:50] You entered a Burrito(897), owner: [State]

[17:19:52] Cops are outside.. (9)

[17:20:00] You lost your weapons and have paid coroner fees of $1000, surrender next time.

[17:20:01] [WS]Louis(54) says: servius...

[17:20:04] Padres_Rosso(85) says: Servius!

As you can see on this chatlog, I was killed at exactly 20:00 minutes past, and at 20:01 minutes past I said "servius...".  I was typing this when servius was shooting me, which means it couldn't have been possible for me to run.

San Andreas Police Department
05/03/2013

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 4rd April  2013, at  18:39:41 a report was submitted by [WS]Louis as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.

Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Hamza

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-Officer Servius used his firearms on a standing still suspect without any warnings being executed from his side
- Reporting citizen got witness who were the fellow officers, present in the scene
- Witnesses approved that the officer used his firearms while the suspect was being sprayed in order to give him a chance to surrender
- Not a proper evidence/witness was kept forward from the side of reported officer
- reported officer claimed that he used firearms when he saw him moving while being sprayed. Well if the suspect was being sprayed, he cannot simply move but indeed it happens due to lag that when spray is in action, the opponent seems to be moving in the screen but he is not in real. As you are old enough, there is no fact to refuse this fact.
- Due to the witnesses provided by the reporter, it supports his report while reported officer failed to give any sign of evidence to proof himself correct.

-- In conclusion, Officer Servius will be suspended from his duty for 2 days due to his inappropriate acts on the field.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.

Signed,
Sergeant Hamza
