I'll leave my official statement regarding this.
I responded to an ongoing situation at Idlewood with lights and siren switched on and I found myself involved in a shootout. The suspect was taken down, when you suddenly opened fire at us - we shot back and you decided to run to the nearest vehicle and got in trying to evade. We disabled your vehicle and while you were running away from the burning car and we were not being shot at anymore, I suspected you. You kept shooting us with a deagle (second screenshot - armour taken down) until you decided to give up.

[02:33:28] Bc.(14) was suspected by officer TeaM_Pazienza(13) for assault
[02:33:44] [HQ]: Criminal Bc.(14) surrendered. DO NOT KILL HIM, proceed to transport him.

As you can notice from the logs provided, it all happened in less than one minute.
As a SAPD member, I'm bound to some regulations and procedures:

[1.1].  Procedures of Engagement with Force:

-Suspect is armed with fire-arm and shooting -- You may open fire immediately (Any weapon can be used in self-defense.)

-Suspect is escaping in a vehicle and your on foot -- Try neutralize their vehicle (Any weapon can be used to neutralize the vehicle.)

*-If a CIVILIAN suddenly shoots with a fire-arm, and you have no time to suspect as your being shot, you may neutralize to save your life.

The point 2 of your report against me claims I failed to read your rights. Rights are supposed to be read just before questioning a suspect, so that he knows what he can and cannot do. I saw the situation as a whole and reacted to your actions accordingly - while being cuffed you kept running towards the cells, to stop afterwards and wait for me to reach you just to randomly punch me, which from my perspective only means you didn't have any intention to get questioned / investigated, and I'm not here to force you to do anything (refer to this)

Either you moved or not after you got inside the vehicle, in both cases the first thing we assume is that you're trying to evade - hence disabling your vehicle has been our priority.

But Officer Pazienza i never shoot you, and by the way, you had enough time to suspect me..

I might be the one wrong here, since I actually can't remember if the one who shot me was you or your friend. Still, you can't deny you shot the other officer and since his life was in danger, we were allowed to open fire immediately in self-defense.
Enough time to suspect you? It all happened in less than one minute - I either shoot or write, I'm not a bot.

Well Officer Pazienza, i was shooted two times by you and four times by Steve, while i was just seating in the kart. So you actually tried to blow me up while i was sitting. But for my luck i got suspected after that i surrendered. I am lucky that you two didn't blow me up.

You are proving nothing with this, Do you expect officers NOT to open fire at you after you just shot them? I won't repeat what I said in my previous posts.

You have admitted the crime, and two officers are against your words. You are also known as a person who is "making up" stories to bring down the officers reputation. If you keep making false reports against my officers, you will find yourself on a court.
