In my mind Francis is a good guy and a good friend. Have experienced patroling and catching criminals with him, I can say that he is skilled in apprehanding criminals and making them surrender, or if criminals decide to use bullets, Francis is quite good with a weapon asweall. I like how he has his style of doing police work and that is why I thnk he is doing good. Sure, time to time he likes to troll, but that is just a part of business. Anyway, he is a good officer in my mind.
