[ARPD Report] S1mon-Dwight Cems-George Jetson

ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. S1mon. Dwight_Cems George Jetson -
Firstly going with S1mon. I was with lucianos and we were planing a RP in their CB and we were with 2 customized sultans in Market LS.Meanwhile cops came and S1mon. suspected us for Illegal Street Racing.We were not even racing we were driving slowly near each other.

Secondly i want to report Dwight_Cems and George Jetson for 2 resons.

• They started dbing a sultan in a chase which is not allowed to DB a sultan from a PD car without even warning.
• They killed me while i was /hail 1.

P.S. I got killed when i stand up and i did /hail 1 after they blowed my sultan.

I will reply for my part. Passing near the two sultans, I supposed that an illegal street race is preparing. Two cars, often used for racing, were stopped at same line, looking like drag race starting grid. This was the reason to suspect.

Later Lucianos were unsuspected by FBI, while you prefered to evade, assuming you were agreeing with the suspection.

For part 2: sometimes animations are not synched, so if you use /hail animation, use it two or three times, and /gu is better for YOUR security

i started evading cause u had no right to shoot my tire while i was not even moving my car i was just waiting for u to come at me...u come and blowed my back tire in driver side

No warnings were given to stop possible crime the fastest possible.

One tyre of each car was shot to avoid fast escape, and that was discussed with FBI agent Matrixbob.

I was there at the scene, me(Alan Demarest) and [WS]Dolfa were at market and saw the entire situation.

The two sultans were going at a very slow speed, and were not by the looks of it racing or preparing to race. S1mon then suspected both the drivers, the drivers then stopped their cars where the screenshot was taken. S1mon then stepped out of his vehicle and shot out one tyre on each car. This left me and Dolfa puzzled as neither had done anything. Both drivers had immediately stopped their vehicles and were not moving.
We stepped in and told the drivers that we would resolve the situation and started an investigation. I called for assistance from the FBI and Matrixbob arrived on the scene. Me, Dolfa and Matrixbob concluded that neither driver had done anything illegal and should be unsuspected. The Luciano driver was then unsuspected and were allowed to leave. Alex Brooks had already evaded by this point and could therefore not be unsuspected.

Are you telling me, S1mon, that the only evidence you had of these people street racing was the fact that their cars were lined up together?

And you're saying the reason you didn't warn them before suspecting them was to stop a possible crime?

The other 2 officer that are being sued have been notified for this case.

Yes, the fact that two equal cars were lined up made me suppose that they are planning an illegal race. They were NOT warned (my bad).
And I will repeat, that situation was solved by FBI agent Matrixbob, I was warned by him.

You were not warned on the offence of false suspectation. He had not witnessed the act and could therefore not punish you for it. If I remember correctly, it was for shooting a still standing suspect.

I will look further into Matrixbob's role in the incident, since there is conflicting information here.

That is irrelevant, if a suspect is standing still, or even if they are running away, warnings should be issued first and firearms are used as a last resort.

Report is on hold whilst I try to obtain relevant logs and investigate this aspect of the report.

Whilst Officer S1mon will be cautioned for his poor judgement of the situation, there is no evidence available to SAPD CMD that can confirm either of the remaining two officers opened fire on you without warning. However, if you wish to continue that aspect of the report, you will have to forward it to administration.

As a result - no further action taken.
