Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators: [Rstar]Drix and Torunlar were abusing LSPD vehicles, their badge, endangering the public and using the wrong ramp on the intersection.

1. Officer Name - Officer Torunlar came flying on the wrong intersection and crashed into my buffalo, while Drix followed him with a Freeway, atleast I think so, they were both endangering the public, only that Torunlar also crashed into me.

 a. Pictures..

 b. Other evidence..
The next evidence proves that there was no suspect that they were rushing to, so they were either racing or.. breaking the law for fun

(the only living suspect was in custody alredy)

Hello Officer Gmail, you set up a report and come up with false accusments such as "The next evidence proves that there was no suspect that they were rushing to, so they were either racing or.. breaking the law for fun" you asked for explanation over PM only once without telling me your setting up a report on (i was busy by that time, on pursuit/updating and i could not answer it) me and you needed an answer. Two officers in a blue bluffalo with me was responding on a distress call form FBI Agent Jones, i gathered the team and responded C3 as fast as i could, i did not alert the units over the radio yet without investigating the case carefully after i done so we moved on. I would suggest before you set up a report, you send the questions to me and actually ALERTING me that you are preparing one on me, so you would know my side of the story.

Alright, I am sorry for that, I am taking the ramp seriously, for some.. reason, and I am sorry I did not give you time, there was a thunder storm so I had to turn off the internet, since TinMan isn't reporting a lot of people for this I will step in, now I am sorry for falsly accusing you of "racing and having fun breaking the law" like I said, I look at this ramp as my baby wow that was patehetic, even for me So yes, I guess it was a miss communication.

It's been made very clear.

Dear policing citizens of the United States of Argonath,

Due to several casualties initiated by the law enforcement members of the state, we would like to enforce the usage of the Mulholland Intersection road to be for incoming traffic ONLY.
It doesn't matter if you have a siren or a whale stuck into your vehicle. Despite the priority of the incident, it is always required for you to use the right road.

Lately, the fault comes from us for using the incorrect intersection and causing many deaths upon our hands.

Please remind your friendly units to follow this order from now on wards as we are here to enforce protection in the roads at all times. It is a clearly high priority.
If you happen to ignore or just plan to use it with clear intentions, then you may face warnings, tickets or even a copban if you continuously do it. It may be your lucky day if you happen to not be caught doing it.

While you at it... pay attention to your speed gauge as we are here to enforce the speed limits and not disobey them ourselves.
The penalties are the same as the wrong intersection by-pass.

There should be no excuse from now on. So if your not willing to change your way of policing, then we will change the way you police. Otherwise, you may be considered as a threat to the citizens.

Signed,
Chief of Police

But he did have orders to do it by a higher ranked, it was a distress call by officer Jones, so I think Drix did the right thing by protecting and saving officer Jones, I would like to close this report

There is a clear expcetion for those who wish to use the incorrect path of travel, and that is using the grassy / dirt path to avoid ahead collisions.

Ask yourself whether you would save 5 seconds of your response to the situation by using the correct intersection lane, save 2 seconds in using the dirt / grassy path or indanger yourself and the citizens.

A clear observation made here is whether you wish to make another situation out of your response, which again means collisions.
A clear note for those who wish to proceed to investigate this report - if the officers did not use the grassy / dirt path like they should have, diciplinary punishment is to be handed out.

Dear I'm SAPD Supervisory Staff Sergeant Dario Cipone and I'll handle this report.

Apologizing for the late.

I believe that, in an extreme emergency situation, you can always take the grass/dirty part of the ramp, as mentioned before.
Due to the fact that those types of situations has been cleared for months, I think that everyone knows the seriousness of that.

So, have you, Drix and Torunlar, took the dirty/grass part of the ramp?

P.S. Gmail, could you please post a screen of you warning the ARPD Officer Torunlar, if you've did it?
Signed,

SAPD Supervisory Staff Sergeant

Other 48 hours till I'll reach a conclusion of this report.

If you've no proofs that Torunlar was warned, consider it as it isn't.

[Rstar]Drix is needed to answer here, or I'll reach in any way to a conclusion.
Signed,

SAPD Supervisory Staff Sergeant

San Andreas Police Department
23/09/2013

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the August the 27th  2013, at 18:22 a report was submitted by Gmail as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Supervisory Staff Sergeant Dario Cipone

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- As per the screenshots posted, we can see clearly the ARPD Officers [Rstar]Drix and Torunlar took the wrong ramp at Mulholland Intersection by causing a chance of accidents where clearly was told to take the dirty/grass part of the ramp.

-- In conclusion, by breaking this rule, both officers can be considered as WARNED. By that, it means that if we will find you doing it another time, another punishment will be given.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.

Signed,
Supervisory Staff Sergeant Dario Cipone
