[ARPD Report] Ray_Williams
« on: June 16, 2013, 08:20:02 am »
Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators: Ray_Williams

1. ARPD Officer Ray_Williams - Vandalizing private property, assaulting an officer, unprofessional attitude towards civilians and co-workers, blocking a driveway.

After exiting LSPD with a damaged police car, ready to start patrol, I, ARPD Officer SugarD, (formerly a LSPD Sergeant), I headed to the Idlewood Pay'N'Spray by Gas Station 9 to have my vehicle repaired. Upon arriving at the location, I witnessed a traffic stop commencing in front of the Pay'N'Spray entrance, blocking it. As I watched and waited for them to move, I witnessed ARPD Officer Ray_Williams approach the stopped vehicle, and break out it's windows as the driver attempted to roll them down. As a result, I approached the Officer and questioned him as to why he had just vandalized the civilian's car. As the conversation continued, I had requested backup and FBI for further assistance, as the Officer was immediately hostile and assaulted me a couple times throughout the incident. Below I have included evidence of the initial vandalization, the unprofessional attitude, and the blocking of the driveway. Further evidence of the partial tape-recorded discussion has also been included after FBI Agent Maskkane_Rosso approached the ARPD Officer. SAPD Officer PulseEffect and FBI Agent Maskkane_Rosso can provide the remaining evidence of the other charges.

 a. Intial Incident
 b. Partial Tape Recording

To the Attention of: SAPD Authority
Upon my arrival on scene, The officer became very agitated. He then became very unprofessional as Sugar stated. The individual denied any wrong doing even though the evidence clearly shows the officers wrong doing.
This officer then assaulted myself when he was doing, As he stated "demonstrating" what he did to SugarD.
Here is the screenshot of the Officer assaulting me.
