John Svensson has been notified.

I would also like to include what Chief Paul has said about the wrong ramping that so we are all on the same page.

Dear policing citizens of the United States of Argonath,

Due to several casualties initiated by the law enforcement members of the state, we would like to enforce the usage of the Mulholland Intersection road to be for incoming traffic ONLY.
It doesn't matter if you have a siren or a whale stuck into your vehicle. Despite the priority of the incident, it is always required for you to use the right road.

Lately, the fault comes from us for using the incorrect intersection and causing many deaths upon our hands.

Please remind your friendly units to follow this order from now on wards as we are here to enforce protection in the roads at all times. It is a clearly high priority.
If you happen to ignore or just plan to use it with clear intentions, then you may face warnings, tickets or even a copban if you continuously do it. It may be your lucky day if you happen to not be caught doing it.

While you at it... pay attention to your speed gauge as we are here to enforce the speed limits and not disobey them ourselves.
The penalties are the same as the wrong intersection by-pass.

There should be no excuse from now on. So if your not willing to change your way of policing, then we will change the way you police. Otherwise, you may be considered as a threat to the citizens.

Signed,
Chief of Police

Dear Tinman & Sergeant Hamza.

As a passenger of the vehicle, driven by John Svensson. I would like to say that I warned him just when he took the wrong ramp. The reason why he took the wrong ramp was due that he had admin who said he should bring back the stolen vehicle he had gotten, all a misunderstanding.

As you can see on the radio chat, Alex Brooks begging John Svensson to give his vehicle back multiply times, as the picture cannot tell, Alex Brooks is standing on the Highway between LS and LV highway.
Due all respect, I agree it was not a correct way of driving, but his reason made him stressed and forgot to follow the rules.

I will notifiy John tomorrow about this, I don't know if he knows about it.

ARPD Officer,
Al Svensson

I cannot answer that. It was after all not my decision to use the wrong ramp. But I think John said something like this after that Tinman on the radio said that John Svensson were using wrong ramp, let me quote;
"I don't care about the wrong usage of ramp, I'm here for admin matters." - Something like that, did he applied.

I get John Svensson here when he is available so he can speak by himself.

Thank you,
Al Svensson

San Andreas Police Department
28/06/2013

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the June 17, 2013, 16:52:40 pm a report was submitted by TinMan as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.

Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Hamza

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

- Officer John used wrong ramp at Muholland intersection, Los Santos whilst being on duty. Officer TinMan witnessed the scene with a proper evidence and reported to command staff. Reported officer claims that admin ordered him to return his vehicle to a person but this seems useless answer to support himself as he could have used the right lane in order to return the vehicle.

-- In conclusion, Officer John is fined $250 for using the wrong ramp at Mulholland intersection, Los Santos. In addition, Officer John is officially warned by SAPD command not to use wrong ramp in future.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.

Signed,
Sergeant Hamza
