ARPD REPORT - S1mon [unacceptable behavior]
« on: June 12, 2013, 16:53:40 pm »
Directed to: SAPD authority

Violators: S1mon
Violations: Unacceptable behavior on duty

Description: S1mon pulled over Jonny_Ancelotti for cutting through corners. I, after the traffic stop, followed Jonny, and he was cutting through corners again. While I was frisking Jonny, this officer came and told Jonny to get in his tow truck as passenger. Then, S1mon got in as driver, towed his police car, and got away with no any roleplay or reason. I was performing a traffic stop on Jonny, and S1mon took the man, without saying anything at all. This behavior is unacceptable....

Proof: HERE. (click "next" for more pictures)

Date and time: 12th of June, 2013 - 16:50
Civillian(s) involved: Jonny_Ancelotti

Additional notes: S1mon has been acting very inappropriately on duty. He has been reported a million times by various players.

Signed,
exalr.

1. Citizen was evacuated as you started abusing your rights - you cannot frisk without a warrant
2. You have NOT informed me propertly, and you are lucky I read ARPD forum.
3. IF he was commiting same infraction again, what for were you frisking him?

1. As an officer of the law, I never  -  ever  - abuse my rights. I frisked him because of roleplaying purposes, and I was searching his vehicle for any drugs/narcotics/illegal weapons, which of course, is allowed without a warrant.
2. I informed you today at 16:54 - right after you stole my traffic stop civilian - and at 21:56. "you are lucky I read ARPD forum.".... I just informed you again, then you got on ARPD forum.... I think you never even go on ARPD forums, just when you need to... look at how many ARPD reports are just appointed to S1mon, aka. you.

Proof:

3. I repeat. I was frisking him because of roleplaying purposes, it is not against regulations.

S1mon was banned for glitching/bugging interiors with intention. If possible, I want to keep this report open.

Due to the fact that the accused officer has several reports against him, they will all be put on hold until a verdict is reached on his ban appeal.

Accused officer is unbanned, report resumed.

I still want him to be punished.

Sorry for the delay, this and other reports against the officer are currently being investigated by SAPD command and we will come back to you with a verdict very soon, if you have anything else to add, please do so now.

As a result of several ARPD complaints, Officer S1mon has been issued a 3 month cop ban therefore this report is now closed.
