Good afternoon, I am Training Sergeant Bryan McCollin and I will be handling this ARPD Report against [GSF]Dope.Boi. I have seen that you have already informed the reported officer, good for you and him.

[GSF]Dope Boi - I will give ARPD Officer [GSF]Dope.Boi 48 hours to give his statement or we will proceed without him in this report.

Mark Callaghan - The evidence about the driving the wrong vehicle looks good, but provide me the evidence of "helping the suspect" too, thank you.

Kind regards,
Bryan McCollin, Training Sergeant

Yes I support Mark's statements here. I have seen officer Dope driving a civilian vehicle despite being warned not to. Later when I tried to arrest a suspect, he just took the suspect and ran off (aided the suspect).

The suspect was standing infront of Los Santos City Hall, when I tried to arrest him. However the same cop came back in an Infernus and the suspect just went inside his Infernus. They both drove off to Idlewood and the officer did not jail him. There was something after that but I do not remember exactly.

Good afternoon,

Thank you very much for your statement. As the reported officer does not wish to leave his statement here, we proceed to the next step. Are there any questions left?

San Andreas Police Department
8th of November, 2013

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On November the 6st 2013, at 14:05 HOURS a report was submitted by Mark Callaghan as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Training Sergeant Bryan McCollin

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- ARPD Officer [GSF]Dope.Boi has breached the ARPD Rules by driving a NRG-500 or/and Infernus on duty. This is a clear violation of ARPD Rule #9. Also, ARPD Officer [GSF]Dope.Boi has provided an Infernus to an active suspect which is punishable according to the constitution. As the reported officer does not wish to report here, we proceed without him.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer [GSF]Dope.Boi will be suspended from duty for a period of 1 day.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.

Signed,
Training Sergeant Bryan McCollin
