Requesting clarification and current view on unofficial groups
« on: November 08, 2013, 16:41:16 pm »
Hello dear representatives of SAPD/ARPD,

I guess most of the people around here already know me. Some of you may have noticed that I was inactive for a while. I was very busy with my real life stuff, improving my relations with some friends, getting over some IRL problems, exercising and so on. Anyways, I have returned to see that RS5 finally has seen some light and it's only the matter of time when the bugs will be fixed and it will come into full effect.
Anyways, it is not my life story that i'm here to tell. I'm concerned if ARPD policies towards unofficial divisions. It has been said once by Chief Paul that ARPD will soften it's view towards the independent and unofficial ARPD divisions once RS5 comes out, however, nobody has yet spoken about it. I would try and re-open ARTP if ARPD policies would soften, because currently, the sanctions that are being enforced badly hurt the recuirtment of an unofficial division. I'd like to ask, is it worth to dedicate my time on returning the division back to Argonath?

I'm curious about this too. Will an SAPD CMD member elaborate for us?  :police:

In my opinion there will be chance for unofficial divisions in future, however we must give RS5 time to settle and also give time for the new way of working for SAPD to settle.

There will however still be a requirement to work within the SAPD/ARPD structure, and also within the RS5 scripts.

I cannot comment on what Paul has said in the past, I can only go on what I has been told to me by the server owner, and until told otherwise I hold all the cards on this.

My concern is the forming of divisions in direct conflict in what is already present, and as such this is something that means I have to consider all future divisions, both official and unofficial and assess each ones risks and benefits
