Description of events:
I was driving from LV back to LS. When I was near the Mulholland Intersection, I was suspected by SAPD officer James_Miller with evasion.

I didn't see any siren/lights or warning before I am being suspected. I stopped instantly and got out of the car with both hands up.
Then he transported me to Glen Park with very slow vehicle speed like <10kph. I told him to get another vehicle for me and he just instantly shoot me down. Certified death at 01:48:54 GMT.

Morning, Captain Culver here and I'll be handling your report on Officer Miller.
I've read over your initial report and have to say am not happy to see he had committed murder while transporting a suspect back to the Police Department.  Also noting his attitude towards police work is atrocious and I that is not something we wish to see from SAPD.  I also notice your comments towards Officer Miller which didn't seem to help the situation, maybe this death could have been avoided if you had sit back quietly the events might have turned out different.

Nevertheless, the Officer still committed a crime I would like for Officer Miller to respond which is why I will allow 24 hours.  Failure for him to provide a response I will make a immediate decision.

To be honest, provoking the officer got you no further than if you would have remained quiet, like Rusty said. You have no right to request another transport as it isn't a pick and choose type deal.

On the contrary, the officer will be suspended from duty for 3 days given the fact that he killed a surrendered suspect while on duty.
