SHORT EXPLANATION OF WHAT HAPPENED
It is sad that your Sgt (don't remember is in-game name)  think they are above everyone! Sadly one made the poor choices and did some things! I made a statement, and was told not to! However. I live in America I not only have FREEDOM of SPEECH, but i was taking by a Sgt my right to do so! Saying " Fire Department is a Joke" as to i made a call for a poss Heart Attack and was told he(FD) was responding, but then told me no cause there was a fire! Yea its a joke, because they accepted a call and then do something else, to me that's not true role-playing! An i have that strong feeling! Then i am personally attacked saying i have a bad attitude and i said no i don't, the again attacked! Then was cop banned, to which i told that  Sgt, he was an asshole, now freedom of speech gives me that right but then he calls me a idiot, to which i then took to heart. Why, because as he said "you will respect me" as he was the boss, it was a purely sicking and sad display of it, by him name calling as well did he ban himself no. Then Reporting me to an admin for flaming as we where having a conversation, to which at NO POINT did he ask me to stop! Thus using his rank as to get me in trouble for no reason, i truly invite the Chief of Police (Mike) to get the conversation from admins and reviewing the whole thing!  I am truly amazed that people act so childish in a video game! And how some get Rank Happy, and abuse it to people that are not a rank!
Like i said above, i owned my own clans and seen things first hand! As a person, what he did today was not right nor was any type of leadership!

Side from all this, there needs to be some type of IA that is not biased to handle this! I don't be leave in side picking, being FAIR is something that needs to be done!

So at this point am requesting this:
He be demoted for his poor behavior and acting as he was above everyone and Name calling
My application be fast tracked because of my poor experience with him (now locked without my side of the story, how is that fair?)

In lite of all this, i wish to have a public apology by him.

Now i asked several times before someone said they where coming.
I have a male laying on the ground in the main lobby of the police station that stated his chest hurt and the thinks he was having a heart attack.
I advised the person laying down i was an EMT, and that i contacted Fire/EMS.

It was role-playing, wasn't just a random call somewhere if that helps

Firstly, if FD fails to respond, report those at our forums for negligence of duty.

Secondly, if you were an EMT, why did you not start treatment immediately?

Thirdly, when you say "Fire Department is a joke" and especially from this incident, it can be cited as flaming a group.

This is the first insult to the fire department, you called them a joke, while they were fighting against a fire. No wonder they were not responding as all firemen were risking their lives to get a fire out.

An i have that strong feeling! Then i am personally attacked saying i have a bad attitude and i said no i don't, the again attacked!

I did not attack you, I told you that you would've to fix your attitude to get into the SAPD, because insulting the fireman, and calling me an 'asshole' is not really helping you to get in the SAPD.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the April 11th, 2014, 18:05PM a report was submitted by Rich Sobilo as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Lieutenant J Treharne

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Sergeant Alvarez did not misuse his power by issuing a suspension, as the suspension was justified

-- In conclusion, this report will be closed and no further action will be taken regarding this case. Also the action taken against Mr Sobilo by SAPD Staff Command will stand

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to the Chief Of Police via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
