Abuse of the /su(spect) command.

Description of events:
Myself and Hector ran away from Los Santos after he killed some black guy that assaulted us with a deadly weapon for no reason. While in Las Venturas we were intercepted by Acika in his HPV-1000. After a bit of a chase and some shooting, we grabbed an Infernus and headed over to the Julius Thruway highways. Not so long after, Acika decided to grab a civilian vehicle (Turismo) and try to follow us around. A clear breach of the SAPD regulations - from what I remember, the only time when it is permissible to use them is if you're already in one and there are no other officers around to follow the suspect.

So finally, after we escaped, we decided to shoot the tires of his Turismo and head back towards Los Santos. After 10 minutes, Acika came back in an NRG and suspected me for "shooting" back at El Corona. Even if it might be ruled acceptable due to us shooting his tires earlier, he nevertheless decided to still drive around in an unmarked police vehicles. I have no screenshots of it, but there are several witnesses, listed below.

I am SAPD Supervisory Training Sergeant Milano Alvarez, i'll be handling this case. Acika has 24 hours to respond to this case. I issued a one-day suspension on Acika yesterday for the same reason. I will issue a more severe punishment this time, if we come to that.
