Clayton_Noel - Regulations Breached, Misuse of Power (stealing a suspect and giving him an unfair time)
Description of Events:

Around on 16:00 CEST, we've found a suspect escaping on a truck from GS9 but suddenly out from no where, officer Clayton showed up on the pursuit with a civilian vehicle, ignoring the warnings to change it.
After a couple of minutes the suspect was cuffed by officer Dimos inside LSPD, but the said officer Clayton jailed him with an unfair time instead of Dimos which made him steal the suspect.
After couple of minutes the officer was also seen on another suspect using the same civilian vehicle which strongly confirms the warnings that he had to leave it and use a PD one.
Possible Witnesses: Matteo_Corleone, the officers that were in the pursuit.
