Sure, I always listen to superiors.

Yes

What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
My strengths are having good leadership skills and ''rescue dialogues'' (kidnaps, robberies, persons with a gun etc.)
My weaknesses are pursuits and gun shooting.

Why do you wish to continue progressing in the SAPD?
I have been an officer for quite a time, in different servers. I have seen some servers with lame cop systems, others with good cop systems, as Argonath. Since I wanted to be a real police officer, I choose the SAPD as they are a very professional team in my view.

Do you have any specific skills and/or previous experience with law enforcement?
My experience with the law enforcement is the following
-VCPD Chief on a VC:MP server
-FBI Deputy Chief on a VC:MP server
-VCPD Officer on VC:MP Argonath
-MTA:SA Officer on MTA:SA Argonath
-EX-ARTA Deputy Chief

These ranks have considerably improved my coordination skills and general policing experience.

How would you handle an irate citizen?
You must try to calm down the citizen, let him tell you what he is thinking. Then, in a calm and professional way, you have to tell him what is wrong and what is right in his story, and I must apply SAPD Rules for this. The citizen must be calmed down and must be told what he did good and what he did wrong. Even if he insults, you must be polite and have respect, you don't need to go down to his level, resulting in a big arguing and mess, which doesn't solve anything.

Have you been in an emergency situation where you provided assistance to other agencies or civilians? Tell us how.
I have been in kidnap situations multiple times. But my biggest role in a kidnap situation, was when I was chosen to be the officer who goes inside to check on the hostage. Obviously, my radio and weapons were taken, the other officers could hear on the radio beating up sounds and such, so they came in and tried to rescue me.

Anything else you wish to let us know before your interview?
I know that I was fired for not posting in an activity report, but from now on, I'll be much more active and responsible, since the summer will come, I can dedicate most of my time to SAPD.
