Good day,

Officer Jake Rosso, did you contact command staff before you filed this report? I also need to see some RP evidence.

*passes over his desk and turns on his laptop
*opens the SAPD site and searches for the SAPD complaint against Rick
*fills in a reply confirming what he has witnessed

I, Franklin "Khm" Kolta, Senior Officer within the SAPD, confirming what has been said on the report that officer Rick was using un-marked vehicle while patrolling and ignoring our warnings over the police radio with bad and trollish behavior.

Regards,

Franklin "Khm" Kolta
SAPD Senior Officer

Alright yes, I was warned I believe it was three times about driving a quad while on duty. Now, my jurisdiction wasn't in Los Santos so I figured I'd go and grab the cruiser from my jurisdiction, but on my way there, a back-up call was sounded by Makaveli up in Verdant Bluffs where a few Corleone's were present. I couldn't ignore that due to their reputation of being cruel and bloody, even if I wasn't in a official government-owned police cruiser, so I went up to the call. When I was asked why I didn't ditch the quad when I said I did, I did ditch it at the back-up call, but due to me being called while the scene was still going on, I thought it would be unprofessional to steal another officers cruiser from the scene and drive away. I took the quad and drove back down to the station.

Respondint to any kind of situatiom in a unmarked vehicle is not allowed even if it is a 207 situation you have to respond in a pd marked vehicle me and senior officer ikhm asked you much more than 3 times to drop your quad and you didn't after that you say that you left it behind and when i call you you head to the police department AGAIN on that quad we stated you enough times why you have to use it an you ingored it and later on you get warned by another senior officer about reckless driving and speeding on a the same quad how many times do we need to warn you and explain you that your behavoir is not tolerated?

Edit: You did not even attempt to drive to your own jurisdiction you still drove around LS till i called you to the office.

Good afternoon,

Rick, I will give you a few tips, even though you already work for the police a long time now:
1) When you lose your police vehicle, you get a car and drive back to the nearest PD.
2) When a few Senior Officers tell you to do something, you do it.

A verdict will be reached soon.
