SAPD Interview Request: Decieve

Do you have any previous names?
No

What is your current timezone?
GMT +05:30

Are you able to follow the chain of command and take orders from superiors when required?
Yes, I am.

Do you agree to follow SAPD Rules and Regulations and the Argonath Constitution?
Yes, I do agree.

What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
Officers are expected to work “24/7”. Even in off-hours, they’re expected to continue to do their job. From patrolling the streets to enforcing traffic laws, a police officer’s job is one of the most important in every community: to keep the streets safe and protect citizens from harm. An officer should enforce rules, yet maintain compassion for others. Honesty, sound judgment, and a desire to serve your community are vital. I have these abilities.
I am applying for SAPD because i believe i can become a police officer of the SAPD.I don't have no problem working all day i just worry about the justice. I also obtained my criminal justice degree under a rigid and extensive program from NYU. I have put in hours of time on the streets for years, humping calls on the street. Not only is my law enforcement knowledge wide-ranging, but my street and real-world knowledge is as well. I have numerous skills that would aid me in a detective’s  line of work. I have confidence, and I am an excellent speaker, giving me the ability to peruse people to speak with me. I think outside of the box, and have keen powers of observation. I am also acquainted with security work, such as, camera and sound equipment.
These are my strengths and I do not have any weakness.

Why do you wish to continue progressing in the SAPD?
(Basic Intro:-)
My Name is Decieve and I was born in a town of United States name as "Los Santos" on 1989. I have a small family, me, my parents and my younger brother. My father is doing a Government job as an educational assistant in Market. My younger brother is studying Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical field. I am a very good player in football and I go to gym regularly for exercising. I am also a very active social worker of my society. I have completed Bachelor in Medical sciences from "Los Santos University" and besides this, I have done all training courses related to emergency medical service and Security held by Government of Los Santos and Private Councils and Organizations. Now I am doing job in LSG (Los Santos Guards) as a Security Supervisor and Internal Security Head (CEO).

Educational Life (1990-2012):-
I wanted to be a Deputy Sheriff but due to some financial problems, I could not take admission. When I was of 16, I had completed my Matriculation. After Matriculation, I decided to choose the field of Medical sciences and took admission in Los Santos University of Medical Sciences and completed my Bachelor degree in it. One day I was reading a newspaper, and I saw the training courses of Tackling and Emergency Situations held by Government of Los Santos. So, I decided to participate in those training courses. My result was outstanding in those courses. The instructors gave me A+ grade in all
fields of training. Due to this excellent work, I got an offer of job from LSG as a Security Supervisor and Internal Security head (CEO) in it.

Professional Life (2012-continue):-
When I got a job in LSG as a security supervisor and internal security head, then the company sent me for more training courses related to Security and EMS on their own behalf. So, now a days I am working as a Security Supervisor and Internal Security Head in LSG. My Job is to instruct all Security staff in the company what to do in an emergency situation, how to tackle when a thief comes, how to control panic in stressful situations, Which technique we should use so that we can tackle our enemy in the easiest way, how to use Security vehicle and how to handle Suspects to the Police and Sheriff Department and how to prevent such situations like robbery by keeping ourselves safe. Besides this, I gave lectures to company workers that how safety helps us to keep us safe from accidents and what to do when you are trapped in an emergency situation. Here one thing I want to mention is that, In this job we have to remain ready, steady and active 24 hours a day. We have to check the City whether nothing is occurring there without safety rules, If it is, then we have to stop it. Also we do a practice drill once a week. In that drill we create a emergency situation and then take steps
to control the situation. This job  is very suitable to me because I know what to do and how to do in what situation due to my experience. I am enjoying very much as a Security Supervisor and my pay is very well there and I will be proud to be a member of SAPD.

The most important reason why I am applying to become a sworn member of the San Andreas Police Department is that I would like to contribute to a safer San Andreas. The training associated with the function as a Police appeals to me and I am confident that I can be a good Officer when I will run through all faces of the training and achieve them. I understand that SAPD a is quite serious LEO Department and it has no space for slackers which is why I promise you that I am not a waste of time and that I am more of an asset to you. I want to join the San Andreas Police Department because of many reasons, but a big one is Gang violence. I would like to put an end to it. It is a horrible thing and I have always hated it. During my childhood I liked to watch action movies and movies regarding police work. As it turned out, I found the Law Enforcement category much interesting, which eventually has made be apply. I'd like to participate in the network of Officers in San Andreas; I'm a happy and social guy, and I can work very well in a team. Ensuring the safety of citizens inside San Andreas is my ultimate goal, however, working with the San Andreas Police Department is also a goal of mine. The San Andreas Police Department in my eyes is the most respected Department in all of Los Santos and it's surrounding areas. Not only would it be an honor to be accepted, but it would be greatly appreciated. I've worked my whole life in order to maintain great success in this country and I believe the San Andreas Sheriff Department is where I am destined to be. I have a strong passion for fighting crime and bringing justice and as a Leader, I vow to live up to my expectations.

Do you have any specific skills and/or previous experience with law enforcement?
I consider myself as a studious person and a person who has a firm and stable personality. I also have a great team spirit and a lot of discipline. I am also a man with integrity and I am reliable. I learn very quickly, so I am able to pick on things very fast and I am not easily fooled. I always wanted to be in a highly trained community, to assist and protect people from the bad, and seek for rule-breakers. I meet all requirements that a Deputy demands and that’s why I should be chosen over other applicants.
I am hard working and devoted to my work, I can bring my excellent skills in shooting, training and commanding. These three skills are useful in most situations and some people do not know how to use them properly, I do, and I'm prepared to use them. You should choose me over other applicants because I don't slack around and I would do anything I am set to do. I can make fast decisions and therefore quickly take control of the situation at hand. I believe that you should hire me because I work hard in every way that I am capable of, I dedicate myself to every task totally 99% of the time. I am a fast learner, which will facilitate the training period; I am motivated and I have the background that corresponds to this position. Also I am an ambitious person and I have the desire to be among the best in my field. I like to prove my capability by showing respect in return to others. I believe that if there is will, there is always a way.
Also, this job is very suitable to me because I know what to do and how to do in what situation due to my experience.

How would you handle an irate citizen?
If there is just one angry individual, First of all what would i do is agree with him or her. This is a little manipulative so I feel somewhat guilty suggesting it. The good news is…it works. When I agree with the outraged person, find something with which you can truthfully agree. If he says, "You are a no good ____, for arresting me when I have done nothing except sell a little crack. Everyone does it. Why don't you go arrest a murderer?" What can you agree with? I can truthfully say, "Yes, this is certainly a dreadful situation for you." or "I can see that you are very distraught." I can also say, "If you will point out a murderer to me I will certainly arrest him." It is very difficult to argue with someone who is agreeing (to some degree) with one. I have to stay cool, speak slowly and turn the volume down from your normal speaking voice.

Have you been in an emergency situation where you provided assistance to other agencies or civilians? Tell us how.
No

Anything else you wish to let us know before your interview?
No
