Name: Bruce McCane

Report against:
John Abramson - Usage of the wrong ramp in Mullholand Intersection

Description of events:
I was suspected and while I took the correct ramp at Mullholand intersection I noticed the officer taking a shortcut and using the wrong rampe so I took a photo with my phone.

Possible Witnesses:
N/A

Evidence:
*Bruce takes a photo with his phone while driving.*

The officer was notified by personal message in game, he was ignoring my phone calls.

P.s. I failed a bit with the blurry effect but you can still see the Pm clearly. Also I added some blurry to protect my private conversation in CB.

Well ye, I was pulled over like 10m away from GS9, I started evading went into the sewers and was heading west towards pershing (Still in the sewers). I followed the sewers and went off them at the end of it behind market ammunation and started going towards LS-LV highway....i took the correct ramp and I noticed the officer using the wrong ramp. He jumped out of the car and shot my tire and i got arrested.



I was also to notify that after i told the officer that he was reported, 30 minutes later he left the SAPD group. (/groupleave SAPD).

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On Janurary the 1st  2015, at 23:43 HOURS a report was submitted by Bruce as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- SAPD Lieutenant Nexus D. Riggs

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- The cell phone photograph shows Officer John Abrahamson utilizing a wrong ramp in the Mulholland Intersection during a pursuit. As Officer Abrahamson has failed to state his reason or intentions for using the wrong ramp within the given timeframe and the suspect was wanted for a minor crime, Officer Abrahamson has violated a traffic law and endangered lives of other civilians.

--Afterward, Officer Abrahamson left the San Andreas Police Department, so his punishments will be effective when if he returns to active duty.

-- Officer Abrahamson is guilty of the charges.

-- In conclusion, Officer Abrahamson will be suspended for 1 day, which is to take effect when he returns to duty.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
