How long have you played VC:MP? I've registered some months ago, but only started playing actively today.
On average, how many hours a week do you play on Argonath VC:MP? About 14h a week.

Why do you want to join the VCPD? From what I have seen, I feel like it's a good faction with nice people and since I always roleplay as a criminal, it's a way of learning new styles of roleplay. I also want to enjoy the game and have fun hunting criminals.
What areas of police work do you most enjoy? Patrolling, investigating and hostage situations.
What can you contribute to the VCPD? Roleplay experience and my cheerfulness.

No need to worry about that, I prioritize roleplay over deathmatch and I acknowledge this is not a cops and robbers server.
