Patrol time:
11:30 - 13:30 [2 hour] With CVP_z3im a few min.

Incidents:
Had a few problems with suspects again, so here's my story:

Luckduck & Nisanz
I was driving around DPD and this citizen (fireman) rammed me from the side by accident but, he was driving on the sidewalk and not on the road so i decided to pull him over. From MGS to Steinway he didnt stop at all while i tried to pull him over with sirens and /m1 (1 time). At a sudden Nisanz came with his FT and stopped next to Luckduck which did the same while i was trying to pull over Luckduck. Luckduck switched from vehicle to the FT and they tried to avoid me. I told NIsanz several times to stop and let Luckduck out and he was just saying he had mission and so on. So at the brigde from Broker to Bohan i told Nisanz to stop for the very last time or he will deal with it. So Nisanz stopped and Luckduck still refused to get out of the FT and told us he was busy with IRL stuff whatever he was saying.

So i posted these Screenshots and my story to prove that i was not wrong but he was for the investigation that was going on a moment ago.
