Description of events:
I was driving a Bandito with pop wheels and it was smoking towards GS9 When I stop suddenly near Santa Marina Beach. I realised that Mr.Black an officer of the SAPD was on top of my car, which looks to me like he wanted to car surf, I was being careful as I was very near a lamp post but I hit the wrong button causing my car to bang it and catch on fire. We both manage to run away but I was suspected for endangering Officers lives by exploding vehicles. I said aright I /gu I want a investigation. When I get back to the station he automatically became my investigating officer when by right the suspecting officer cannot be the investigating officer, he refused to get another officer when I requested one and he forces me to go to jail and deemed the investigation over. He deny me of a proper investigation even after explaining it too him. He also took pepper spray and sprayed me when I said I was contacting someone else to clarify it.

The thing is the suspecting officer cannot be the investigating officer which Dylan told me in game when I enquire. I requested for another officer but he refused to do so then he just deemed me guilty without a proper investigation.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the March the 11th 2015, at 16:53 HOURS a report was submitted by Phantom as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Pedro Cipone

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- The reported officer has been banned from the server.

-- In conclusion, the report will be closed since the reported officer is banned.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
