- Adding charges without pulling the vehicle over.
- Reckless Driving and speeding as an Officer.
- Shooting in public without a proper reason.
- Incorrect usage of force with his fists, baton and pepper spray / battery.
- Incapable to perform an investigation.
- Failing to read the miranda rights.


Description of events:

I was driving around Idlewood and I saw a police cruiser speeding and driving recklessly.
As I was recording with my pocket camera, I decided to follow the police cruiser.
I wanted to report this officer with this evidence but suddenly he added charges on me without pulling me over.
I complied with the arrest and asked for an investigation.
He kept hitting me with fists, his baton and pepper spray.
He failed to give me an investigation, after a while he died and was one sided, not neutral.
He didn't read my miranda rights so I asked for another officer.
He kept hitting me.
I almost died, thank god an Officer helped me.
I'll add the Officer as witness.

Greetings,
as have wrote up, i'm a witness of that report and I agree with the suspect([WS]Kevin_Thompson)about this report. After all when I was investigating him at LSPD(not processing room because it was already occuped) the officer that suspected him came and start punching him and after that he entered the LSPD processing room and continued punching and refusing to stop after multiple warnings from the ADMIN and people inside,so I think that all the officers inside that room were witnesses of that happen,that's all.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On May the 14th  2015, at 13:37 HOURS a report was submitted by Kevin Thompson as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Jake Parker

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- In conlusion after more then 48 hours the reported officer has not been informed about this complaint as the officer won't be given a fair process if he is not aware of this report I will hereby close the report without any actions to be taken against officer Fred Flames

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
