Law prescribe a fine of a maximum of 250 dollars for any road infraction. The city limit is defined by an area of 300 meters around the last local street.
III.I: Reckless driving understand any form of driving that could endanger other citizens. Under such circumstances, a police officer is allowed to take necessary actions.

Dear Argonath Citizens and Fellow Colleagues,

III.I: Reckless driving understand any form of driving that could endanger other citizens. Under such circumstances, a police officer is allowed to take necessary actions.

The constitution says it all. Wrong Ramping is reckless driving and endangers other citizens and police officer are allowed to take necessary actions. Any wrong ramper for now on will not receive a ticket anymore. They will be charged with a felony and a free ride to jail!

Signed,

SAPD Supervisory Sergeant

Every traffic violation endangers citizens, Sergeant, and honestly, with the latest de-population we are facing, I think that a person driving on the wrong side of the road possesses a far greater danger than the one who commits the use of wrong ramp as the Mullholland Intersection is no longer as used as it used to be. In my personal opinion, this is a bit of a overreaction.

Not an overreaction but rather a solution. Depopulation has nothing to do with any of this. Hell this last week there was only a population of 12 players and I caught 2 within the first hour. In fact the wrong ramper statistics has not decreased since server depopulation. Your argument is saying not enough people are doing it so let them do it. FALSE, the law is the law doesn't matter how many are doing it nor does it give a shit to me if it takes me another 10 years to catch another wrong ramper I will always be there protecting and serving the law! I have faith this change will prevent certain people from wrong ramping; truckers who don't want to lose their load, FBI agents and FBI wannabes, Fire Department, San Andreas Police Department. I don't have faith in the mafia, gangs, and any criminals from changing but at least this rule might change their mind before using the wrong ramp rather than "Heres 250 dollars I must be on my way now." As a cop you know a 250 dollar fine is not going to stop any one from breaking the law. Even over the years wrong ramper tickets have not changed their mind.

My goal is to decrease wrong ramp usage because there is no solution that I can come up with where I can fix the problem myself. My suggestions to HQ to prevent wrong rampers are physical barriers, automatic tickets, fence the whole Mulholland Intersection off, toll booth system with gates, automatically pop peoples tires, 20,000 explosions setting off at once destroying their car and killing them, have CBFasi in a Rhino exploding wrong rampers, be authorized deadly force on wrong rampers, ban them from the server, flood the whole state of san andreas, piss the mulholland intersection gods off, Karma, and community banned. This all would be a dream come true but sadly I can't do any of this. Point proven?
