Complaint on [WS]Jack_Cortez
« on: January 05, 2016, 14:59:35 pm »
Hello, im Mane_Lucchese a citizen on San Fiero.

Today happened a incident where the officer named Jack_Cortez used blunt force on me on a matter of a traffic violation.
Me and Rufus Lucchese were driving the wrong side of the street, yes i admit i did that lawbreaker that's why we did pullover as soon as officer asked me.

Upon pulling over, officer told us what our lawbreak was, as we knew well its was driving on the wrong side of the street.
I told him in British and i didn't see no traffic sign that would alert me, that i'm breaking the law, as usually i drive that lane while in Britain.

Upon hearing that officer suspected me for ignoring his orders, tho none of his orders were ignored as we were parked and talking to him.
I was pulled out of my vehicle and had a shotgun pointed at my face, even tho i did say i will complain on Forums for his blunt ignorance for RP.

And after being pulled out in such a way i did pick up a gun and shoot back at officer who shoot a bullet as a warning shot.
As i feared my life was in danger from the impressions i got from swift suspicion to pulling out the the car and being held at point blank range from officer with a much better weapon, and the absolute ignorance for any role play that could have had me fined for my minor violation, now i have no idea if i have right to complain after i died in that RP, but i just want time to roleplay, i don't wanna be forced again and again into a swift suspection and in jail or death.

I do think that my death could have been avoided with just a little bit of effort from the officer Jack Cortez, i truly don't ask for much expect for a opportunity to solve things without getting suspected, or shoot at.

Lastly i don't have any screens from the event that occurred 10-15min ago at LV highway.

Yours truly Mane_Lucchese

Hello Mane,

You were pulled over as you were using the incorrect lane of travel. I clearly instructed you to pull over to the other lane. You refused to comply after several times asking. After refusing I added charges onto your name for 'refusing to comply'. I then warned you to step out of the vehicle. You again refused to comply. I was then forced to drag you out of the vehicle. You then opened fire upon myself. I aimed my weapon in order to make the arrest. There was no shot fired prior to yours.

I completely agree with the fact that it could have been resolved in a much less violent way, however you brought that upon your self. You did not comply, and started shooting.

This is my official statement and I will not reply to this complaint anymore. It is up to command staff to handle it from here on.

Im sorry but your orders were made so unclear, as you did say "other lane" after exiting your vehicle, and exiting your vehicle was a clear sign you are interacting with us, (idk about SAMP as im new here, but on IVMP moving away from officer who is interacting with you after pulling you over counts as evading TS) so we stayed parked, tho you didn't repeat that we should move to other lane, as were were talking about law in Britain.

And yes there was as shoot before mine as I clearly heard a shoot in background.

Again i think you did a sloppy job of warning me or even asking do i know how the traffic law, or w.e.

Your interaction with me was weak at best, please next time be very clear with your orders, "other lane" isn't much of a pointer what should i do.

This complaint is not a decent roleplay complaint judging by the situation. However it is valid, therfor it will be solved on a non-roleplay manner, i thank you for bringing this up to us  Mane. I can see that my Lieutenants behavor escalated, i will talk to him personally to avoid these kind of situations on the future. I still suggest you bring these manners on a more roleplay way instead of pulling a gun, ask for his badge and name, also his superior in-game and solve it in more of a mature way. Thank you again, i will now lock this complaint, if you are not happy with the outcome do not hesitate to PM me.
