Kevin Parker's resignation (2014-2016)

Actually, I don't really know how I can say goodbye, I myself am not sure either I am happy or sad with my resignation but the only thing I am sure about is that I have made the correct decision. It always has been in my mind a long time ago, but whenever I decide to leave, I always take a step backwards convincing myself that I should go on and I am still able to do my duties, but in fact, you don't always decide whatever you want and sometimes you are enforced to quit the things you admire the most. So, today I have decided to quit my position as LCPD Lieutenant and TRU Operative, leaving my both positions available for more qualified and trustworthy members than me, if you think I have made this decision very easily, then I'd like to tell you that you are mistaken, it was very hard for me to make such a decision but nothing lasts for ever and this is life that we all know, it has its ups and downs.

Let me share with you my biography briefly which I really find it very interesting. I always wanted to become a member of the FBI, it was the only job I wanted to do when I started to play on the server, therefore, being a law enforcer is the only job I am used to doing and I really felt that I had what it takes and applied for the FBI. I got accepted after a month of hard-working, you had no idea how happy I was, it really feels great when you achieve something you love and have been working very hard to have it achieved, but I wasn't lucky enough and I couldn't pass the entry exam. It really was the hardest moment I have faced since I started playing on the server, I felt like everything fell apart and there was no need to stay on the server anymore. I re-applied for it once again after 3 days of my denial thinking I would be accepted, but Senate the commander of the FBI made it very clear for me and told me I had to apply for LCPD and graduate from LCPD Academy as a prerequisite to apply for the FBI. I applied for the LCPD and only had one goal which was graduating from the LCPD Academy and applying for the FBI, I graduated and became an Officer, but I had different feelings, I liked continuing my career inside the LCPD, forgetting about my main goal and my interests in the FBI, however, the Chief was going to write a letter of recommendation to the Commander of the FBI but I prevented him from doing that and told him I was going to continue my career inside the LCPD, what made me give up my main goal was because I met great people inside the LCPD and saw how great the LCPD command was, in addition having the most wonderful moments with my fellow Officers that I believe I wouldn't have had, If I had been in the FBI. Then, I kept working very hard until I became what I am now, I won't deny doing unforgiven mistakes during my career and I am fully aware that I was given so many chances, but I want you all to know that I have always sought to develop the LCPD and those mistakes weren't intentional. I, as a Lieutenant was supposed to be kind of strict and tough, but I have always wanted to be good with my fellow Officers and not to hurt anyone, although some mistakes were made by some Officers, but I never took any kind of tough punishments against them and I have always been for anyone who asks for help. I am very proud of achieving such a high rank and of all the awards I have got and of course the most thing I am proud of is that I have served in such a great department with great people.

Lastly, I would like to thank everyone I have worked with, those who still serve and resigned, you are really great people!

Yahia, I really was very happy serving with you, we had great moments inside the LCPD and I would never forget when I always talked about girls and you were very mad because of that *laughs*. You disappeared suddenly without saying anything, I hope you are fine!

Victor Andrade, you are almost the first one I met since I started playing on the server, you accepted me in your clan and taught me so many things, it really was my pleasure working along with you!

[Apt]kewlguy13x, you were laziest Cadet we ever had the Academy, I still can't imagine how you could stay in the Academy for 3 months *laughs hard*, it really was awesome training you and having you in the Academy, sorry for not being able to make it and become an Officer!

James Conway, Bullit, Anita, [Apt]Striker, Gary, Hernandez, Martin, Havok, Tyler and Owaisovich, I really am happy for working with you, you all were great former Officers who served in LCPD with loyalty and professionalism!

George, you always were one of the best Officers in LCPD, you had potential and the Chief was always proud of you! It really was my pleasure to work along with you.

Joseph, you were the coolest Officer I ever met, we had great moments. I am glad to work with you.

Dinokid, it really was so sad that you had to quit very early, you were a great Officer, but it's not really a goodbye since we still work for the same department in SAMP *laughs*, I am happy to work with you!

Toreto, you were such a tard *laughs*, I am veeery happy to work with you and glad that you could achieve your dream and managed to be accepted in the FBI, good luck with your future plans!

Pokedude, we always used to patrol together and I really was sad when you decided to quit, I have nothing much to say but wishing you a good luck with your reinstatement request, it was my pleasure to work with you!

CAPTAIN IVAN, you have no idea how sad I was when you quit, we really had great times together and you were more than a mate. Thanks for everything, you were such a great leader and I really am happy that I worked with you!

To current LCPD Officers:

Spike, Vincent, Tanio, Quinn, Jay, Dway, Nick, Koroush, Tony, Koroush, Mido "Congrats for your promotion. homies", Devin, Ken, Neal, Harzy, Freezer, Skills, Twenty "Congrats for your promotion, homies", Younes and Mihail, I am very happy that I met you and worked along with you, you are really great people and we had lots of great moments together. I am sorry for leaving, but I have nothing to do with it, I am sure you would never let LCPD down and you are the ones who make it great. I am sorry If I ever hurt anyone and thanks for everything! *cries of joy*

Chief Kerbe, you are the greatest Chief I have ever met, you managed to keep LCPD alive and made it to what it is now. I am really glad to work for you, you taught me so many things and you were always patient with me, although I made so many unforgiven mistakes, but you always gave me chances. Thanks for everything you have done for me!

Kevin, I'm speechless about this mate and shocked to see you resign. Sometimes it can't last a while, as other commitments in life we have to do, I want to wish you all the best in your future, all the great memories and times, you taught me on being an Officer and that exam day I can never forget.
You will be dearly missed, and one of my idol legends to the LCPD, words cannot describe how much you worked hard in the force and dedicated your self on the good and the bad days, you always made everyone smile, even if a bad or a good day.

The miles we covered together. The bodies on which we made holes using our M4s. The infinites we pulled over and chased. Each and every moments I spent with you serving our Liberty City, was leading to this day, I didn't know. Nothing shall be forgotten. You may not anymore exist in the LCPD Staff List, But you are present in our hearts.
Thanks for everything which you did, which made me and the Law enforcement community grow higher.
