You were previously accepted into the Academy yet quit half way through. You were told not to reapply until you are 100 percent sure and that you are "going to stay dedicated and if this career is really what you wish to pursue". So I want some reassurance of this and your word you are not going to pull out of the Academy again. I remember you having great potential but we do not have time for those who are not serious and dedicated.

To be honest I really wanted to be a cop back then but all of the people I used to hang out with were criminals and I didn't want to be chasing them, etc.
Now that everyone I hang with is affiliated with the department I'm more interested than ever.
