I have done a bit of patrolling with this free officer, and I will agree that he is ready for the 'ARPD.'  I havn't had the chance to have a long dealing with him as of yet, however, so far he poses a positive character.  He knows what to do, and what not to do.  His driving is something else I adore, as I have seen him in a chase before.  He kept on the suspect's tail more than I could even stay on his.  I lost the two of them many times, and only caught up to him in that chase due to his police cruiser being immobilized.  His knowledge of codes I am not sure about, as for his weapon skills, not sure about that one either.  However, so far, he seems like a really good officer for the 'ARPD.'
