-For krys its is a shameful act because he is an officer and a swat trainee using his shooting skills to kill other OFFICERS and a person who cant tolerate a shoot should not handle the officer and swat trainee posts and using civilians vehicles for transport

-silent being an officer you should not shoot anyone without a reason and should respect

First of all i have been provoked by many citizens krys and morph have been annoying me alot and i quit VCPD so im not an officer  and they were provoking me ask anyone the have been annoying me all day along with urmughan they have asked me to come kill them and when i dont they say stuff like "lol he is scared" then when i kill them they moan seriously they are out to get me banned

The case:

I was a passenger (probably)/driver in Morphine's car (it does not matter as I was permitted by Morphine to drive his car as we were talking about life) (I was also on VCPD duty) when we stopped under the Havana PD so I could go off-duty but then we saw SilentGamer pulling over Urmughan. All of a sudden he started shooting Morphine's Mesa Grande (which is unacceptable even for an ARPD officer) and I gently warned him that if he shoots our car again, I will shoot him myself. After this he said:

as specified in the logs you have provided and shot our car 2 more times so I went out and shot him myself; if I hadn't, he would've killed us or forced us to leave the vehicle. (by making it burn)

I have respected 'SilentGamer' verbally as I did not insult him anytime in that situation, unlike him (told me to shut up) so bringing up this in order to 'f**k me over' so to speak is not a valid move.

I was not patrolling but rather planning to go off-duty (which is another reason for stopping in HPD), and you pasting only a part of it shows your bias with me and how much you want me out.

Morphine is not an admin.
After warning Silent to stop shooting my car, he told me to shut up and shot it 2 more times after which I went on and killed him which I justified with the reasons stated above.

After some investigating this was clearly self-defense, also despite that upkeeping a respective attitude is a requirement for VCPD, roleplaying being corrupt is also allowed (although this doesn't matter much because it was self defense). If I had an ARPD officer shooting at me I'd kill him in a heartbeat considering you don't know whether they're corrupt or not. Silent will be copbanned for a while 24 hours as when he was killed it was apparent he was a corrupt cop.
