I left RT for NOOSE TRU, but I realised recruitment was closed. I remembered CIU applications were OPEN and I knew I could be a Detective! I always wanted to bust criminals undercover!

I can be a really good policeman if I PUT MY MIND TO IT instead of screwing around with others, which was my goal when I found out recruitment was open!

I have undercover skills which I can put to use, and as an ex-criminal, I can use my extensive knowledge of the Criminal Network to nail the Genovese, Lucchese, and whatnot.

Teamwork ahs always meant everything to me. Out of every heist I ever pulled off, I only escaped once, due to my team. I am more used to working in a team, rather than solo, as I work with people more than alone.

For Q1. My dream is to be a part of NOOSE. I have always wanted to be an LEO but it never felt right leaving RT due to loyalty. I made my decision and know I want to join CIU.
Q2. I can be patient, I understand. If others can do it, why can't I?

At the time I sued you, I was being foolish because I couldn't take it like a man. I realized that creating court cases would not help and that I should quit crime for once and for all. If I DID pass information to the dark part of Liberty City, I would get jailed and fired... I don't want that! Although I love being an LEO, it isn't just about that. I have been inspired by the Inspector and Detectives busting the drug dealers!

I apologize,  however,  I had a few points to make.

When I said that I have knowledge of the criminal network, it wasn't  just some small things.  I know most of the  criminal tactics however I never played 100% by the  book. I know, in-depth, how criminals work. I escaped NOOSE TRU AND LCPD once. I can use this to our advantage and I hope to assist Inspector Seagal using this Intel.

Another reason I want to join CIU is that my best friend, Jeevan Kumar G. is in the CIU and we get along well and we know teamwork because we are basically a team!
